Atredai Property Group

In the midst of our first moves, we have opted to look at golf courses in the United States in various key locations.

Golf is a massive industry in the United States with Course management one of the key elements of this. We have hired a fantastic team to oversee this project for Atredai Property Group.

The following courses have been purchased for a total of $36,099,000

Michigan: Drummond Island Resort & Conference Center

Virginia: Lake View Golf Club

Hawaii: Kiahuna Golf Course

New York: Lima Golf & Country Club

These courses will be reverted to private clubs with optional public pay, will offer competitive pricing on tee times, club membership and events. Each course has the functionality to be set up for any event as well.

We will be working with the Professional Golfer’s Association of America to ensure standards can be met as we look to host local league play, regional amateur events, and PGA Tour events in the future at these locations.

We are investing a total of $5mn into each course for updates and repairs and have contracted local landscape crews to get the course itself back into golf shape.

We are excited over this initial venture and we plan to add on additional acquisitions of courses as we build our portfolio in our Golf Management Division.

Latest SNC Opinion Polls

The results from the latest opinion polls conducted by SNC TV have been counted and there are some interesting results. 1000 respondants were asked a variety of questions regarding politics and their views on the various organisations around the world.

The first question asked was on support for the current Shchegolyayeva government. We can reveal that support for the government has increased by a massive 11 points to 73% when compared to the previous poll conducted by SNC TV. The main reason for this surge in support comes from the announcement of the Puteyskaya Financial District Project which has already seen a boost to the construction sector.

The next question was regarding Romanovskaya joining the UAN. Last year as we know Romanovan citizens voted to reject joining the UAN by 51.7% while 48.3% supported joining. That support has now plumetted to just 31% according to our survey. Responders cited that they felt the UAN was a largely ineffective organisation and would simply be a waste of time and money for Romanovskaya to participate in.

Responders were also asked their opinion on the ICC. The organisation has a strong presence in eastern Europe with Romanovskaya bordering one of its founding members, Cccp-. Of course Romanovskaya's relationship with the Soviet Union remains strained and this reflects on peoples attitudes towards the wider ICC. Aside from the fact a number of its members have socialist governments, they see the annexation of territories around Europe by ICC members as something Romanovskaya should be very concerned about. As such 91% of people saw the ICC as a threat to Romanovan sovreignty.

MEETING ROOM, IMPERIAL DUMA, VYBORG.

A private meeting was taking place within the Imperial Duma building the day after the latest SNC TV opinion polls were released. Inside, Prime Minister Daria Shchegolyayeva sat at in the middle of the long table flanked by her ministers and other members of her bloc. Shchegolyayeva made her opening remarks:

Fellow ministers and deputies I want to thank you all for attending this meeting today. As I am sure all of you saw the latest news last night with regards to the opinion polls showing support for our government is up to 73%. This is all thanks to the good work by each and every one of you so please, I wish for you to give each other a round of applause.

Everyone then gave a round of applause before Shchegolyayeva continued:

Now of course the purpose of this meeting was not to simply pat ourselves on the back for doing a good job. Rather these polls present an opportunity for us to do more. As things currently stand, we only have a one seat majority which is not exactly comfortable shall we say. We know what is best for this country, we have carried on the traditions and values of the last 50 years that helped transform Romanovskaya to what it is today. It is quite frankly a danger for the opposition to have as much influence that it has.

Deputy Prime Minister Aleksandr Eybozhenko interrupts:

I think I can see where this going. Based on the latest opinion polls we call an election to boost our majority?

Shchegolyayeva responds:

    Precisely.

Culture Minister Vladimir Slyshchenko voices concern:

Won't it look rather opportunistic, I mean this could really back fire on us.

Shchegolyayeva quickly refutes Slychchenko's concerns:

Of course not, we are in fact giving the people what they want. The people want us to continue to govern and implement our policies which have already proven to work. With the recent budget and the new financial district announced we have a lot of things going for us. Our opposition are weak. Illyushin and his followers simply want to burden the state with welfare programs which most people see through as being bad for the country long term. Yevstigneyev on the other hand is so unhinged he will never be able to get enough support to challenge us.

A number of ministers nod their heads in agreement as there is a brief pause. Shchegolyayeva then continues:

I can assure you that I have no plans to reshuffle the cabinet post election when we do win so there is no need to worry someone else is going to take your jobs.

Slyshchenko remains cautious:

I still have a bad feeling about this.

Shchegolyayeva stares down Slyshchenko:

Minister Slyshchenko, I can sure you we will win. Do you want to know how I am so sure? Its because for my entire 35 year career I have always won. I always strive for more, to do better, and I always achieve that. I always win Slyshchenko. Always.

Shchegolyayeva then turns back to talk to the rest of the group:

Now, who wants to win with me?

The rest of the room raise their hands in an unanimous vote of approval.

Caliphate orders arrest of 4 Bahraini Princes

The Anti Corruption Bureau headed by the Sultan of Abu Dhabi has ordered the arrest of 4 Bahraini Princes as part of an investigation into alleged misuse of public funds, abuse of power as well as potentially conspiring against the state. The four arrested Princes all belong to the ruling Al-Hakeem family of Bahrain, two of them being the Bahraini Sultan's second cousins, one being the Sultan's half brother and the last one being the Sultan's fourth son.

The Bureau reported on Thursday that the decision had been taken after the review of documents and reports regarding crimes related to the public sector. An expanded investigation was under way, it added.

“The Sultan of Abu Dhabi has ordered the arrest of the four princes, and their questionings about matters raised in the reports regarding crimes pertaining to public office, such as damage to public funds, exploiting one’s post, abuse of power, and even potential conspiracy against the state, by attempting to depose the current Sultan from his seat.” the Bureau said.

It is also to be noted that 3 of the four arrested have also been previously charged with supposed involvement in the 2015 Sunni-Shia riots, and continue to have those charges despite lack of evidence. The Bahraini Sultan's fourth son is also known for frequently speaking up against the "de-facto absolutist" government, and demanding increased participation by people, something which has even been termed "treason" against the Islamic Caliphate.

Prime Minister Daria Shchegolyayeva greets Premier Tomsky with a warm smile and firm handshake as a melee of photographers scramble to get a shot of this historic meeting. The location of their meeting could not be more iconic. In the city which was the capital of the old Russian Empire, the city that saw the beginning of the Russian Revolution. It was fitting that a city so saturated with history would be once again the venue for another historic moment. This meeting was more than just a meeting between representatives of two nations, it was the reconciliation between Russians for a century old conflict.

Prime Minister Shchegolyayeva: "Premier Tomsky thank you from the bottom of my heart for hosting our delegation here in this beautiful venue. To be the first Prime Minister of Romanovskaya to visit Soviet Russia brings me immense personal pride, and something I hope will set a precedence for going forward."

The respective delegations then made their way inside the Winter Palace, where they toured around the lavish building once the home of the Imperial Family of the Russian Empire. Shchegolyayeva commented to Tomsky how she always dreamed of one day visiting the Winter Palace but never realistically expected it could ever happen. She also commended the Soviet delegation on how well preserved the palace was.

The two delegations then made their way to the meeting room, which saw the doors to closed to ensure privacy from the press. The delegations sat at opposide sides of a long table, with Shchegolyayeva and Tomsky sat in the middle directly across from each other. Shchegolyayeva then got the meeting underway.

Prime Minister Shchegolyayeva: "Members of the Soviet delegation, on behalf of myself and my colleagues I wish to thank you all once again for this opportunity to advance relations between our nations. As I am sure you are aware, there is quite a lot to discuss including the possibility of a formal peace treaty, the issue of the closed border between our nations and the issue of resolving trade embargos and punitive tarriffs. Premier Tomsky I wish to give way to you as to hear your own wishes for this meeting."

~~ Министерство иностранных дел СССР ~~

Title: Romanov State Visit

Premier Tomsky: Our delegation believes this is a great opportunity to set momentum on some outstanding issues that we can realistically solve in the near future. For this specific meeting, we can begin to resolve the trade embargoes and the easement of punitive tariffs in order to encourage the re-opening of trade between both nations. A formal peace treaty can also be something that can be negotiated dependent on the exact terms of such an agreement. Finally, we can negotiate a visa program that eases travel between both nations and opens up the opportunity to travel to both nations to more people, not just family members and students.

Pericles stares down at the body on the floor. The former President of North Bulgaria. They’ll find him in his office tomorrow morning. He looks over at the other body. The former Presidents wife. Also to be found, and it will be ruled a suicide.

Pericles at this point is the Deputy Director of the EYP, and is young. 34. Strong minded, opinionated but knows when to keep it shut.

The former President knew information relating to EYP interference in North Bulgarian elections, as well as attempted interference elsewhere in Europe.

He knew to much.

Today

“And we move on to Southeast Asia...Indochina specifically. The country is currently collapsing into chaos, the FEUSSR is still seen as the culprit after accusations of our interference. They also don’t know who did that suicide bombing.” The Foreign Ministry representative continues to go through his report.

Pericles looks over at his EYP Director. The Director nods his head. Pericles nods back.

“Gentlemen, we can issue a statement on our hopes of peace in South East Asia. It’s disheartening to see such tragedy strike them and we can do what we can to help. Now...what about the Romans?” Pericles watches intently. In the back of his mind is Church Agios Nikolaos...

Nontoxic, flexible energy converters could power wearable devices report from the American Institute of Physics states

A wide variety of portable and wearable electronics have become a large part of our daily lives, so a group of Stanford University researchers wondered if these could be powered by harvesting electricity from the waste heat that exists all around us.

Further inspiration came from a desire to ultimately fabricate energy converting devices from the same materials as the active devices themselves, so they can blend in as an integral part of the total system. Today, many biomedical nanodevices' power supplies come from several types of batteries that must be separated from the active portion of the systems, which is not ideal.

In Applied Physics Letters, the researchers report the design and fabrication of single-wall carbon nanotube thermoelectric devices on flexible polyimide substrates as a basis for wearable energy converters.

"Carbon nanotubes are one-dimensional materials, known for good thermoelectric properties, which mean developing a voltage across them in a temperature gradient," said Eric Pop, a professor of electrical engineering and materials science. "The challenge is that carbon nanotubes also have high thermal conductivity, meaning it's difficult to maintain a thermal gradient across them, and they have been hard to assemble them into thermoelectric generators at low cost."

The group uses printed carbon nanotube networks to tackle both challenges.

"For example, carbon nanotube spaghetti networks have much lower thermal conductivity than carbon nanotubes taken alone, due to the presence of junctions in the networks, which block heat flow," Pop said. "Also, direct printing such carbon nanotube networks can significantly reduce their cost when they are scaled up."

Thermoelectric devices generate electric power locally "by reusing waste heat from personal devices, appliances, vehicles, commercial and industrial processes, computer servers, time-varying solar illumination, and even the human body," said Hye Ryoung Lee, lead author and a research scientist.

"To eliminate hindrances to large-scale application of thermoelectric materials—toxicity, materials scarcity, mechanical brittleness—carbon nanotubes offer an excellent alternative to other commonly used materials," Lee said.

The group's approach demonstrates a path to using carbon nanotubes with printable electrodes on flexible polymer substrates in a process anticipated to be economical for large-volume manufacturing. It is also "greener" than other processes, because water is used as the solvent and additional dopants are avoided.

Flexible and wearable energy harvesters can be embedded into fabrics or clothes or placed on unusual shapes and form factors.

"In contrast, traditional thermoelectrics that rely on bismuth telluride are brittle and stiff, with limited applications," Pop said. "Carbon-based thermoelectrics are also more environmentally friendly than those based on rare or toxic materials like bismuth and tellurium."

The most important concept in the group's work is to "recycle energy as much as we can, converting uneven heat distribution to electrical energy for use for the next cycle of operation, which we demonstrated by using nontoxic nanotube-based thermoelectric generation," said Yoshio Nishi, a professor of electrical engineering. "This concept is in full alliance with the world's goal of reducing our total energy consumption."

Greater cape

-On the outskirts of Plácido de Castro, Greater Cape-

The morning was windy and overcast, yet the intense humidity made the sticky air feel much warmer than it was. Amidst the blustery gloom, three individuals stood talking, the small Amazonian town serving as a distant backdrop.

"When will the new shipment be ready? You know that a Víbora doesn't like to be kept waiting," the tallest and most well-built of the three inquired.

"Look, we're working as quickly as we can. There's only so much product we can make when we're dealing with limited hands, ne? Maybe if we had more people working with us, we could meet a Víbora's quotas," a shorter, thin man defended. "Besides, we haven't even been paid for the last shipment we sent out. I mean, we're stuck in this do-nothing town, it's hot all the time, we barely have any food to keep the team going, and we haven't even gotten our mosquito nets yet. We're miserable here. Tell that to a Víbora."

The tall, brutish man narrowed his eyes and pulled out a cigarette from a soft pack that sat in his shirt pocket. As he lit the cigarette with a cheap looking match, he took a long, slow drag and smirked. "You know what? Maybe you're right. Maybe I should go back to a Víbora and tell him you're reconsidering the deal he made with you and your people."

Quickly remembering the circumstances that led to their involvement with a Víbora's organization, the two shorter men caught each others' eyes and instinctively furled their eyebrows.

"It would be a shame should anything happen to your wives and children, ne?" the larger man mused as he, seemingly absentmindedly, caressed the handle of a pistol poking out from his belt.

With audible worry in their voices, the two meeker men nodded and said nearly in unison, "No, yes, you're right. Tell a Víbora we'll have the next shipment ready by Sunday night."

"Good. And for your insolence, make it an extra fifty kilos. I don't want to hear any disrespect ever again, especially when referring to a Víbora. Is that clear?"

"Sim, senhor. Absolutamente."

The two shorter men glanced at each other and turned to walk back to the village. The third man remained and slowly enjoyed his cigarette. The Rio Abuna meandered behind him, and the occasional sound of birds catching fish broke the tense silence. When the two others were nearly out of sight, the man pulled a satellite phone from a rucksack that was hidden behind a large tree. Dialling a number that had been ingrained in his memory, the man heard but one ring before a silent answer.

"The next shipment will be ready by Monday at dawn. And tell a Víbora there's a little extra to make up for lost time."

Without a response, the call ended and the man threw his cigarette into the river. His small motorboat awaited him on the riverbank just a few metres away. Surely there would be a late breakfast waiting for him at his camp.

Meeting Room of the Presidential Palace, Xiamen

Gentlemen, I have gathered you here because I would like a broader view of the worrying situation in Indochina "says President Zat, who is seated in a large and elegant armchair. Around the table in the large meeting room are seated, clockwise, the Premier , the Minister of the Interior, that of foreign affairs, that of the economy, that of finance and the chief of staff of the Armed Forces, even if not complete, is the National Security Council.

"We don't know much, but according to some of our sources the country is falling faster and faster into the abyss" says the man in uniform, the Chief of Defense Staff, Admiral Huang Shu-kuang, as he opens a folder and passes the paper to the president who reads it carefully.
After a moment of silence, the time to read the paper, the President raises his head and asks "From the AU? What do they say from Taipei?"

"Nothing special, just the messages of solidarity from the individual nations" replies Zhelan.

The president nods thoughtfully "Then try to get in touch with Khan's government" says Zat to Minister Zhelan, who nods and writes something on the paper "tell him we are willing to help them"

"I don't trust at all, if what our sources say is true, all hell is about to break out ..." says Prime Minister Chao as he delicately cleans his precious-looking glasses.

"What do you mean by hell, Xue?" Asks the interior minister, Ms. Long My.

"first they boycott the elections, then attacks in the most important cities, even if they have nothing to do with each other, they are just the beginning .... heck, how many ?! 3.4 attacks in two weeks? Soldiers on the street, the situation is getting out of hand, indeed, it has already gotten out of hand, the government and the president himself, he is doing absolutely nothing ... no statement, he says nothing to his allies "continues Xue shaking his head" I don't I trust ”he concludes.

"You are right," My says addressing the Head of Government "a civil war? Is this what you mean?"

He looks at him and then nods, then looks at the president, who also nods

"Trust is good, not trust is better" exclaims the minister of the economy.

"well said" replies the President, nodding, while his gaze is lost in the void "we must take measures, we have more than 1700 km of border with them"

"What kind of measures?" curiously asks the Premier

"Travel precautions, prepare for any help and strengthen our presence on the borders" says Oliver looking at all those present, who nod when they meet his gaze, the admiral writes quickly on his agenda

"I think it's the best thing to do," he then says after finishing writing

The President nods "I will issue the executive order within 24 hours" he replies

Soon after

"I think the meeting can end here for today," says the President as he stands up
All the participants, after putting papers and documents in their respective bags, greet the President and leave, all except Zhelan who waits for the President to get ready, dismisses the Premier and intercepts him at the exit of the room.

"Mr. President, excuse me, but I would like to tell you something"

"Tell me, Minister Zhelan responds while adjusting his tie, walking with a brisk step through the long corridors of the Palace

"Here… you know that project, One Belt One Road, or something like that…. You asked me to test the waters for a possible agreement .."

"yes sure, I remember very well, did you do what I asked you?"

"obviously, and they liked it a lot, and Far Eastern Union of Soviet Republics even offered to co-sponsor the project"

"really excellent, which nations have given the go ahead?

"Eulumia , The republic of dhan, The mashriq khilafat, Infiny, The arab-african republic of egypt, Donau-bundesreich, Labyrnna, Orange-bourgogne, The union between scandinavians and even Aozhou"says the minister.

"Wonderful, great work, let's get ready to officially announce it" replies the President "now you can go have a good day and good work"

"Thank you just as much sir" says Bai as he changes direction and enters another corridor different from the one along which the President walks.

The office of Mohammed Abdallah

Mohammed Abdallah was the perfect candidate for what the Mukhabarat had in mind, he wasn't very well known, his ideological leaning wasn't well known besides his populist rhetoric, and he was quite charismatic.

Mohammed Abdallah himself was a simple man, born in 1968, after the quite disasterous six day war, he grew up to become an A student and graduated to become a lawyer at 22. Since then, he has provided his services to people of all backgrounds. Only lately however did he become politically active, having founded the National Unity and Prosperity Party following the establishment of the transitional Revolutionary Command Council which announced free and fair elections within four years.

A black Lada Granta parks outside of Mohammed's office, two men get out of the car. One is recently promoted director of the General Intelligence Directorate, the other is a new young recruit, who goes by Ayman. Ayman was brought along mainly because he provides a quite intimidating figure. Standing at 6'4 it was easy to see why.

Knock Knock

"One second!" A soft masculine voice yells behind the door, as Mohammed opens the door, he is greeted by the sight of the two men.

"I don't think we have had a meeting scheduled gentlemen? But I am currently free if it's an emergency."

"I'm Khalid Mansour, this is my partner Ayman. We are with the Mukhabarat" Khalid says as he shows Mohammed his badge.

Mohammed's face fell as he heard the word Mukhabarat. The Egyptian Mukhabarat's reputation for silencing political opposition using less than humane means is well known with all Egyptians.

Mohammed quickly regained his composure and gestured to the men to enter, "do you want anything to drink? I have Tea, Coffee, Shisha, whatever you want" he said to the men

"No thanks, I had a coffee while on the way here" Khalid replies, while his partner just shakes his head.

"I must say I am surprised that the great Mukhabarat has payed me a visit. I made sure to never bring up the military or our past presidents during my speeches" Mohammed says

"Oh no we are not here because of that. This is something far bigger" Khalid starts "You see Mohammed, it's time the military's hold on Egyptian political life ceases to be. There was a time where they were needed, but that time is long gone. The Armed forced have overstayed their welcome and it's time we get rid of them." Mohammed leaned back and crossed his arms as he started to understand what Mansour was implying

"They claim to be the economic masters and development spearhead of the country, but the truth is that they hold back the country constantly. And this is where we come in, for this country to truly achieve it's full potential we must put the power in the hands of the right people. Of course you are now wondering who the right people is? It's the Mukhabarat. We are the only institution smart and powerful enough to truly keep this county stable and head it's development towards the right path. The people are too ignorant and are too reactionary, they can't govern themselves and the military has proven their inefficiency. So we must step in." Khalid says with a grin on his face

"B-but where do I come in?" Mohammed stutters as consumed with fear. This was a dangerous matter they were discussing, if any of this talk came out....he may not be alive another morning

"The Mukhabarat of course has an undeserved reputation for trying to keep this country peaceful, and none of us is really country leader material. So this is where you come in my friend, we want you to be our front man. In the upcoming elections, in 2 and a half years from now. We will rig it in your favour. Until then, we will build you up, make you the most famous political opposition in Egypt."

Mohammed was deep in thought, what they were asking was extremely dangerous, but it also came with massive benefits. And to be honest, he has longed for the end of military rule for as long as he has been alive.

"Can you guarantee my safety until then?" Mohammed asks, if he was to accept he needed some assurances first

"Of course, who do you think takes care of political opposition? It's us of course. We will not compromise an asset of ours." Khalid replies

"Alright, I'm in"

Ministry of Revenues

The Ministry of Revenues is adopting a “forward-looking” investment strategy for the country’s massive foreign-exchange reserves, with plans to “dynamically optimise” its portfolio even as the value of its reserves assets have climbed to a four-and-a-half-year high. This move reflects the FEUSSR’s rising concerns about international uncertainties, a need for economic resilience, and potential challenges from foreign forces.

Since last year, the FEUSSR’s reserve assets expanded by 3.5% year on year, with the Foreign Exchange Fund tallying its foreign exchange reserves at a value of roughly $2 trillion USD. Over the years, the FEUSSR is committed to reducing its US dollar asset holdings as part of a diversification strategy. US Treasury data indicates that the FEUSSR’s holdings of US Treasury securities fell to the lowest level since January 2017, following strong support in the government calling for a drift by the Foreign Exchange Fund away from the US dollar. As such, the Ministry plans to begin holding a more diverse collection of reserve assets, predominantly based in Asian Union economies such as Duma, Vashnal, Eulumia, and The republic of dhan.

The exact composition of the FEUSSR's forex reserves is classified information, but the US dollar has been confirmed to account for 58% of country's total reserves, down from 79% in 2005. The remaining foreign exchange assets are held mostly in Labyrnnan currency, Japanese yen, and florins from Orange-bourgogne. In 2 years, the government aims to radically change the composition of its foreign exchange reserves to the following:

    Gold bullion: 10%
    United States Dollar: 50%
    Japanese Yen: 5.5%
    Aozhouese Dollar: 3.5%
    British Florine: 3%

"Vodka, why the hell are wearing black again in this place? Do you enjoy the feeling of permanent swamp a** or something?" said the portly man that was clearly not pleased to be back in San Miguelito again

The driver, a tall but well built man merely laughed in return and discarded his coat to reveal a more cooler, colorful shirt and lit a cigar

"Never said you had to wear that get-up Gin. What, you think just because we're even more covert than the guys at Langley and DuPont Circle that we're supposed to wear black outfits everywhere we go. I'm crazy but I'm not crazy enough to cook myself when on assignment down here. I get that enough in New Orleans dealing with the Klan, aka, feeding the robed f*cks to the gators. Just last week I had to deal with a small group of them and boy did the gators have a feast!" The man, Vodka replied with a laugh and sneer, likely in contempt of the Ku Klux Klan

"Jesus Christ man, IS that why you took this gig? Don't get me wrong, the f*ckers deserve everything that happens to them but really? You fed them to the gators? Jesus Christ. Where they dead at least?" Gin asked a mixture of shock and awe on his face

"Some of them were dead, mainly the ones without a head to start with but at least 4 of them were still alive when the gators heard them thrashing in the water and sh*t. That was the hard part. F*cks got dragged under the water before I could finish them. Not that I'm torn up about it. What they did to that black church...they deserved to be eaten alive by a 11 foot long gator and I hope they're burning in Hell too boot." Vodka spat in contempt.

Gin just stood there in silence, the insects the only thing both men heard before he took outa flask and took a swig from before passing it to his partner, who took an even bigger drink.

Suddenly, both men heard an approach car and saw headlights pull into the lot. Slowly reaching for their handguns, they relaxed a little upon seeing it's who they were to meet

"Let's go meet our guests now shall we?" Vodka spoke as both he and gin went towards their contacts

Dear Chairman,

We thank you for your kind and generous offer. After internal discussion, it was decided that the optimal location for such a factory would be in Shicon, Polno (RL Tew'o), as the infrastructure in place will be able to sustain the factory, and will be a direct contributor to the port of Chibu, whose size in turn will generate positive effects for the Infinian hinterland, including the Deep South. Regarding the information you have asked for, under jurisdiction of the state of Polno and federal law, the following is of immediate importance for your consideration.

Worker's rights
- All workers are entitled to 28 days paid leave for those working five days a week. For part-time contracts, this is adjusted pro rata.
- Parents' who have an Infinian personal identity number and have registered with the Infinian Social Insurance Agency are entitled to 360 days of paid leave (up to 80% of previous salary) per child, with a minimum of 60 days reserved for each individual parent.
- Minimum wage is set at $943,58 per month
- Infiny has strong anti-discrimination laws which forbid unfair treatment on the basis of age, gender, ethnicity, sexual orientation, disability, religion or other beliefs.

Taxation
- Statutory Corporate Tax (includes pollution tax of $30 /t CO2) : 32.12%
- Dividend Tax Rate: 38.1%
- Integrated Corporate Tax: 53,93%
- Sales Tax: 20% (standard rate)

Import/Export Duties
- Standard Tariff for Electronic Devices is 2%.

I hope to have informed you adequately, and I am looking forward to hearing your response.

OOC: I've tried to do a lot of research on this, I'm not exactly knowledgeable on regulations and taxation in terms of corporate entities, so if something seems extremely off (keep in mind that I have a socialist-green government right now), please DM me or send me a telegram), thanks!

Your Excellency,

Thank you for your work finding out all these detailed regulations. Your contributions have had a positive impact on our consideration of the matter. I am able to inform you that Sonus PLC decided to build one of her factories within the boundaries of the Imperial Federation.

As soon as all the paperwork is completed, we will begin constructing a factory. We expect that the construction of said building will take approximately two years to complete, after which we hope it will be fully functional.

New moratorium on ICE Act

SHUNTIAN — The Supreme Soviet has announced a moratorium on ICE Act sanctions, stating that the sanctions fail to deter criminal activity, and that more harsher punitive measures should be employed.

Currently, only -greater canada- has been sanctioned under the ICE Act, with hundreds of advocacy groups and pharmacies sanctioned for their involvement in the cannabis trade. Although the sanctions have been waived, some of its other provisions, such as $50,000 USP bounties on the heads of drug smugglers and dealers in the nation, police empowerment to "raid, destroy, and kill" people who distribute or manufacture illegal narcotics, or the legal compulsion of drug users into government-mandated drug rehabilitation, will remain under a modified version of the act, dubbed the Second ICE Act.

Like the first ICE Act, the second ICE Act also restricts narcotics manufacturing to government-approved entities and companies are permitted to manufacture narcotics, requires stringent auditing standards for chemical processing facilities, and levies $1 million USP fines for unlicensed production of narcotics. Seized narcotics are also required to be burnt upon discovery, and checks for narcotics is expected to become more stringent at border points across the country.

Over 6,000 drug-sniffing hounds will be trained and employed at public transit services, including in subway systems, train stations, ports, and in airports. In addition, police are also allowed to compel citizens to perform on-the-spot drug tests, should their behaviour be "erratic".

Beginning of the End - Part VIII: A Stronger Cause

General Suphayok sat in his office just outside of Saigon. He was waiting on two calls, but he wasn't sure who was going to call first. Chairman Khan could've called to strip him of command and kick him to the street, or Anna could call him with an answer. Suphayok preferred that answer to be yes. If the answers yes, then he can move along with the destabilization of Indochina. If she says no, then he has to find another way to continue meet his goal before he is either ousted or killed for treason.

He stared at the phone once again, and to his surprise, it rang. He picked up the phone an put it to his ear. "General Suphayok." he said as he answered the phone. He didn't want to say something that would give either side away. "Yes. My answer is yes." said the voice. It was Anna, and she agreed to take his help. General Suphayok smiled at her answer. "I'm glad you thought this through and came to this conclusion, Ms. Anna." he said. There was no response for a second. "I want to speak to you, in person. Wherever you are." she said. General Suphayok removed the phone from his ear and looked at it for a second. He put it back to his ear once his confusion subsided. "You're willing to step into this camp where you could easily be killed? You're braver than you looked." he said, attempting to compliment her while questioning her choices. "Yes, I am. You could've killed me in that building, yet you didn't. I'm meeting with you, now." she said. Before General Suphayok could have a reply, the phone clicked. He looked at the phone then set it down.

Moments later, an armored car drove to the Committee Building to pick Anna up. She was brought to General Suphayok's office. General Suphayok looked at her before speaking. "Why did you want to meet in person?" he asked. Anna looked around the room. "I wanted to get some things clear with you. I'm not going to accept something and you think you have all the power in this deal." said Anna. Suphayok nodded. "Go on." he said, waving his hand to Anna. Anna nodded and then continued to speak. "I am the leader of these people. I am the leader of the Federalists. Your help that you offered, only a means to an end. I know you know this, but it has to be said out loud. I want to make it very clear that you will be leading the forces under our command." she explained. Suphayok smiled. "Anna, I have been in the military for thirty years. I'm the one who has ushered in the downfall of Indochina. I don't need an explanation of something I already understood. I started the cracking of the foundation of the High Government. I needed someone to fill that void and there you were. I don't want power in regards to leading whatever comes out of this. I just want to see that the current regime in Indochina falls and something better takes its place." he explained to her. Anna looked confused for a moment, but the nodded at what he said.

She thought to herself for a moment. "What help can you actually offer?" she asked him. "Good question." he answered. He got up from his desk and grabbed a drink of whiskey. He offered some to Anna, but she declined. "I can offer tanks, planes, naval vessels, and men. While I can't get everything Indochina has, I can get quite a bit of manpower." he said. Anna was confused. "How?' she asked. Suphayok took a sip and then set the whiskey down. "Being the highest official officer serving in the Indochinese Armed Forces, you hear a lot of things. While I'm not the head of anything specific, I hear talks from every branch. From the newest recruits to some of the Senior Colonels hate how the High Government operates. They don't believe in the message sent by the Chairman nor anything from the biased United Assembly. Given the chance, they'd attempt a takedown. I can arrange some things and have you equipment, men, and area to control. It won't be much in comparison to the rest of Indochina, but with your spirit and my men, I think you can achieve more." he said, smiling at her before he took another sip.

She was listening to his every word. She was dissecting each word that came from him. "How much land would we have?" she asked. "I'd have to see exactly, but more than enough to pose a threat to Nakhonruang." he said. Anna nodded at this answer and continued to think to herself. "All I need is a week or two, and your word. After that, we can begin the downfall of Indochina. Sound like a plan, Commander Anna?" he said. She looked at him when he called her Commander. "It does. Thank you." she said. He nodded and then saluted her. She stood up, stared at him for a moment, and then saluted back to him. She put his hand down, smiled, and then went back to his desk. Anna started to walk out. "Commander Anna." he said, causing Anna to turn around to face him. "I know you're scared since you're so young, but I honestly do believe in your cause. We can do this and I will see to it. I just need you to believe that we can." he said. She nodded. "I know. You don't have to call me 'commander' though." she said. Suphayok shook his head. "You are the leader of the moment. You will lead Indochina into a new era. You will command an army. You are a commander." he said. She looked at him. "Now, you'll be brought back to the Committee Building with a secure phone. I'll be waiting on your orders, Commander." she said, smiling at her.
