The military and leader of the Kamkundan country will have an 5 day break to mourn the death of South transwenda's longest ruler. We have known to see that your potentate pass away from a purpose with death, meanwhile our country will be sad to remember the history of your honor. Petroh Bundhaman'a (or the president of the sultanate of kamkundo) Will now revisit the country at their rulers grave. We request that the United State close down all their military bases within our borders within a week. We have been in negotiations with them for a long time and we see no progress has been made.
Perhaps one could look at this as intentionally stalling? For what we do not know...

If the United States does not close their military bases within this deadline then we will have no choice but to send construction teams and civilian inspectors to go and deconstruct the bases for them.
