We do not have enough forces to even dare try and bring war to the Ancaps... further, we were busy trying to stabilize our own economy and political situation due to the damage done by entire neighborhoods losing over half of their residents.
We can't afford war. And we can't afford trying to pressure a nation that does not care what it does to others.
