With it being a weekend, Arthur and his family were staying at Sandringham, their usual weekend residence. Since the restoration, George VIII had made a point of having most of the Royal Family close by, meaning three generations of the family were all there at once, including the Dowager Queen, Catherine. As Arthur was in the sitting room, a uniformed equerry knocked on the door before entering, then proceeded to bow his head. "Your Majesty's...", he said. "There's a telegram from France, Sir. From President Napoléon." which recieved incredulous glances from Catherine and Mary, and a surprised scoff from Margaret.
"'President' Napoléon?" she asked sarcastically.
"A telegram direct to Sandringham? Back in my day they would have gone through a ridiculous amount of people at the Foreign Office before my Husband ever saw anything." Catherine said.
"That was then, Granny, it's not like that anymore." Arthur assured her.
"And we have you to thank for that, Artie." Catherine replied, to which Arthur simply smiled.
"Well," Arthur began, "either way this could be an opportunity. Once again Europe is at breaking point and it falls on Britain and France to sort it out. If we can get them onside and knock some sense into them, we could ensure another lasting peace. I'll go."
"I'll go with you." Charlotte said as she stood up and placed her hand on Arthur's shoulder. "I'm an American that speaks French, what more could they want?" she said, to which the matriarchy laughed in agreement.

Later on in his private study, Arthur wrote a reply on headed paper with the words "Sandringham House" in red, to the French President accepting his invitation to Palais de l'Élysée, and that he would be there on time.

The Unovian wait staff easily handled the orders of the guests, then returned to the stations where they were. This was the first time many of them had seen the vampires, and the ninja, especially since these were cultures that happened to be very isolationist, and it was rare to get them out to meetings. Most curious was which culture would appear, though it was anticipated that the Indians would make an appearance, it was not known if it would be as part of a larger delegation or as their own voice at the table (

With the majority of Asia being seen as a "wild zone", it was important that the others would make themselves known. For the betterment of the Continent as a whole, it was imperative that the Nations would be willing to form a stabilizing force and put any former animosity aside. All would be discovered as the participants trickled in.

"Steamed rice and a fillet steak medium rare," said Vũ he had a half a mind to add to make sure it was beef. He may have lived in a nation where cannibalism was the norm, but he was no Ghoul. No, he was just as human as all here save for the one from Sylvania. Vũ just dreaded whatever was to come of this meeting for no matter how a meeting of nations was to be a simple defensive pact they had a habit to spiral to other matters with such a meeting of peoples.

At seeing the newest arrivals both thoughts brought along with the Prince of India. Sophia raised her glass in a greeting to he's parties arrival and, at seeing Mr.Vu a look of disappointment when she could tell he was just a dime a dozen human. For now she was happy to just people watch and analyze everything about to happen.

Also, we are offering the idea of a small collective exploratory force, made up of members of each State. Such a force would report back to a Council of the Continent on the current status of the "wild lands" of Asia."

Stark sits down. "Opening the floor to discussion on this point."

Black/Unclaimed areas aren't uninhabited, there'd be nothing to explore since we're not in 1492, people still live there as they would IRL, the only difference is there's a lack of central authority.

May be, not challenging that, but it would be a good NPC opportunity, since there are no central authorities. It would be good to know the government types that are there in those areas.

Through deductive reasoning regarding the structure's innate ability to just absorb all sorts of radiation from scanners (radio, infrared, etc.), the scans revealed a massive network of similar material running underneath the surface of the entire planet, with various similar towers all connected to each other via underground tendrils. Even more frightening was the planet's core was gone, completely hollowed out. Something about this planet wasn't right.

The trip was projected to take longer than the planned 4 hours, due to delays regarding the Jackdaw tactical destroyer's atmospheric quarters deployment. "Unless you mean by explore making sure it's not an anchar state there won't be much of a need for it. As for this maintain stability how do you propose we do that because even if we don't find a place in without a government, you're going to find those petty tyrants who want to keep strong hold on their little areas. Is stability merely knowing some kind of system is in place or is stability that the people are not simply being treated like slaves," Idasho said. "And if the place is not stable, is it then our duty to restore balance to the place. If so, is it done militarily, humanitarian how would you wish this council of the continent to go about all of this," he then added. The Dominon could not been having to put out fires all over Asia while also protecting itself an understaffed castle was weak to sieges. Hanzo however was silent for this, eyes trained to spot and intercept any dangers to his charge.

(As a side note when I can't think of a name for a shinobi, I'll just fall back on Hatori Hanzo, but it is by no means the actual Hanzo. So, if you see Hanzo like this it's not the real Hanzo.)

THE CROWN FALLS SILENT

August 2083

Emperor Radigis sat alone in his study, the fireplace crackling and a candle lighting his table as the sun beamed through the clouds and in the windows.
At his desk he was writing, not documents for state.. no but a letter for his extended family. With his conquests for now coming to an end and his relationship with those across the seas continued to worsen due to politics, he believed it was time for a more personal touch.

To my Dearest Sister, grand-nieces and nephews,

It has been quite some time since our last correspondence and your absence at our recent ball pains me. However I know your griefs, with the actions of my empire, my actions. I will NOT make excuses for them. However we should look towards the future as public figures and family. This is why I invite you, Maria my darling sister, my grand nieces and grand-nephew including his beautiful wife, Charlotte. Mbeen talking about Arthur, their time as children in Britain, I believe he misses him after all this time. 

Caelric has turned into an extraordinary and strapping young gentleman, same with Cyrila. You'd be proud Maria. Both are kings in their own right, through means you probably don't agree with. However

Radigis then looks up from his letter as the doors to the room opened. His oldest son, Rikiar stood there, hands clasped behind his back with his red hair sitting on his shoulders, a beard on his face.
"Father... the science team is ready, so is everyone else... this site, it changes everything you know that right? ", Rikiar then walked in, coming closer to Radigis then speaking with a hushed tone.
"Our enemies must never know.. if things ever go back, we can go there and rebuild our strength."

Radigis found some wisdom in his son's words.. perhaps the science team should be eliminated after. With that vocally he didn't respond to Rikiar, only giving a nod before walking out.
Outside a vehicle was present, an AV that took to the skies and to a clearing in the woods within El Pardo. Waiting was King Morien, Prince Cyrila, and perhaps Radigis' favorite son Saphrax. Before them was an ancient Roman or Greek looking pavilion or gazebo with solid white walls, a short set up stairs leading inside to a platform of sort capable of levitation. All would enter and stand upon it, descending into the earth.

All remained silent in the darkness then there was light as the entire subterranean area became visible, a massive palace and other buildings. While it'd usually all he empty there'd be hundreds of people, the golden wings hovering above all as guards while scientists roamed the area.
As the platform touched the ground they all stepped off and towards the palace or temple, whatever it was.

As they went inside.. they'd see ash with small signs showing where the first people to discover the place burned. Where the crucified woman stood there was now an altar of fire.
Radigis looked back at his Heirs and scientists.... then Radigis held out his hand...

An hour later above ground there was screams as Imperial Guardsmen pulled out the unconscious bodies of the Imperial family while the Golden Wings wailed though their screams weren't heard, they shambled around, trying to take off their armour.. burning from the inside but it was to no avail.
"For the love of God somebody help me!", a Guardsmen shouted as he pulled the body of the Emperor. With the call for help several guards that were trying to calm the wings rushed over and lifted Radigis. By sheer luck the wings and the Imperial Family weren't dead... or were they?

CURRENT DAY

The acting leader of the empire, Marshal Fernando de Solaris stood in front of the steps leading to the Imperial Throne, beside it were others for the heirs of the Emperor.. all comatose, seated with their swords on their laps, crowns upon their heads.
Fernando gave one last look to his Emperor before leaving the hall.. the Guardsmen within the hall stomped one of their feet against the floor in unison, bringing their rifles to Reverse arms as the massive doors closed.
