Liberation of the Congo Free State

Our troops who had been on the border for a while now preparing the logistics for the invasion begin the landings and crossings.
The 2nd Scots Guards Division begins their landing at Busu Gwampu to march down the road north towards Mitoko. Our 5th Askari Division marches from Bangui across the Congo down the N23 to N5 road towards Gemena. The 6th Belgian Division marches from Kananga north along the N7 road towards Yolo Sud which is along the Tshuapa river. Our 7th UNITA Division will march from Bokolo down the N8 road, eastwards towards yolo sud from the west. All along, our air force shall provide cover, interception of enemy fighters and CAS. Our long range bombers will begin a bombing campagin of the eastern congo, primarily the cities of Butembo, Goma, Kisagani, and Isirio. In the south east of the Central Africa Duchy a new army is being formed of protestant Ugandan exiles numbering 60,000 strong, it has been called the Lords Resistance Army and it seeks the creation of a free (under UDCA protection) Ugandan Christian Theocracy. We will blockade the congo river of all congolese forces and shoot down any who try to use it.

Our reserve units will be deployed along the front line to hold back any Congolese offensive, 8th Quick Response Division, 3rd Army of Africa Division, 1st Krajisnici Komanija Division, 4th Royal Marines Division, and the 9th Angolan Division.

We will be helping our allies in Katanga- in their battles aswell with our Foreign Legion number 15,000 strong to push north with their forces.

We will ask both Trideset prvi hercegovka krajisnici and the Free state of congo to for once consider peace not confrontation.As usual the common poor man suffers.We are willing to negotiate peace alongside the members of the OAP to bring everlasting peace to the Congo area.We also condemn the intentional failure of the Kompanija government to consider peace negotiations before war and occupation.

Reforms
The Communist Party has voted for Premier Jeff Frimpong's preposition to change the number of Premiers(Vice Presidents) appointed at a time from one to three to which specific ministries will answer to.As such amendment has been made to the People's Code.

The People's Secret Police has been detached from the Ministry Of Public Security and has been merged with the National Intelligence Service to form the Ministry Of National Security(MNS) which will now perform the function of both services.A minister will be appointed soon.
