-Do interact with people much, so that they get the habit to talk to you, but don't talk too much.

-Also, do interact with newer players to NS, as you could increase your audience.

-Now stop selfish work...don't EVER lie. Even in most extreme situations, don't ever lie. People will do accept your authenticity, even appreciate it.

-Don't ping or mention people much, they can get annoyed by that.

-Now you might be asking-how to interact? You could do it by forums, social media, YouTube channels, or NS dispatches, and also do some fests and events that keep your nation's reputation intact. Over time, your endorsements and your likes on RMB will increase, and that is how you could be a godking on RMBs. Conduct the events so that the audience(the other players) alert of such things, and eventually leading to more participators as well.

Be active most of the time. If you start being active, then your guys will say that talking to you might be meaningful, that you come online at chatting hours.

Make friends. You can make friends, especially in Europe. Just go out and talk!

If you live in a different time zone, say, Indian Standard Time. Your fellow regional mates live somewhere in Europe or the Americas, so you can't talk much to them during the time. Talk to them, there is a time when they're and you're online simultaneously, just like a Venn diagram.
