Tyrone's Novoblupolia ia a kind Novoblupolia. One where people may never fear opression and poverty. The weak do not fear the mighty. And every citizen, regardless of gender and race is equally loved by the state. Tyrone's Novoblupolia is an enlightened Novoblupolia guided by the ideas of secular humanism.

Born in the quiet peaceful place of Verdetown, Tyrone had a carefree childhood. Teachers in his kindergarden said he was a very nice kid and always helped arguing kids get along. When he went to school, he had average grades, but his teachers admitted that he is in fact a pure genius, especially when it comes to social studies. Tyrone's father often helped him with homework, while his mother taught him valuable moral lessons about kindness and compassion. When Tyrone was 9, tragedy struck- his younger brother got hit by a car and as a result had his legs amputated. His father, however, had a plan. For several months Albert, with help from Tyrone worked on giving Robert the ability not just to walk again, but to fly. In 7 months, Robert would have the ability to fly. This event made the Rabbit family very popular among the town. When he was 11, his mother took him to her work- to the city hall. At one moment, his mom had to leave and jokingly asked Tyrone to replace her for some time. While she was absent, a man came into the cabinet, carrying a petition to prevent the park in the middle of the city to be destroyed and replaced with a coal mine. Since his mom was far away and the petition needed to be signed immediately, Tyrone said: "As the person with temporary infrastructial responcibility appointed to by the position by the mayor herself, I have the administrative power and responcibility to make this decision myself." And signed the petition, helping to save the park. After this was found out, everyone was shocked, but also amazed by the young boy's determination. His petition was considered legitimate, because near the signature, it was written "Verdetown administrative official Rabbit". Tyrone's popularity among the population of Verdetown skyrocketed. Some people (jokingly) even began to call for him to be officialy appointed as a government official. But even though this incident made him popular, the people had no idea just how big Tyrone's support movement would become...
By the age of 14, Tyrone had taken a keen interest in politics. He asked his mother to give him a position in the city administration, to which his mother said that he can give him a position if he takes the graduation exams and scores at least 95/100. Tyrone began to study extra time. He prepared for the exam 6 hours a day, and in 5 months when he took the exam, he scored 100/100 points. When he showed his results, his mother was shocked and felt lost. She told Tyrone that government officials are elected by the people and that she was joking back then, to which Tyrone replied: "Let's ask people if they want me to lead them then." To the entire nation's surprise, the entire population of Verdetown voted in favor of making him the Verdetown district general secretary- a position even more powerful than a city mayor!
Tyrone spent next year massively improving the lives of the Verdetown distict people. The word about a young boy being far more productive than most of the country's politicians had spread across the nation. Eventually, Humanist Party officials himself invited Tyrone to discuss a certain idea they had. They were going to nominate him as their candidate in the 2020 presidential elections, as they believed that having a kid in charge could symbolize the purity and innocence of the party. The idea of a teenager in charge of a nation was very weird, but also very interesting and many voters wanted to try it out. As a result, Tyrone managed to win elections with 48% of the votes.
Once he entered his office, he began to work on reforming the government - a reform which nearly annihilated the corruption in the state. The IT industry and Agricultural development also began to increase at a rapid pace. Although for Tyrone, the most important statictics were kindness and hapiness of Novoblupolians, and he managed to keep those stats increasing to the top, making Novoblupolia one of the top 100 happiest and kindest nations in the Pacific. Nobody thought a teenager could lead Novoblupolia to the region's top stats, yet that was exactly what happened. Many people were surpirised by Tyrone's success. For Tyrone however, maximum political effort output and succesful policies felt only natural.

Tyrone has introduced a high minimum living standard, according to which, government must provide even the poorest people with a decent 50 sq m flat, enough food for the person to feed themselves and their pet, free healthcare, education and public transport.Hand of friendship foreign policy.
Novoblupolia is ready to assist it's allies in case of a crisis and spends a large part of it's budget on helping countries with mass poverty.Moderate liberalism policy.
Tyrone believes people should have quite a lot of rights, bit not too many. He believes excellent/superb political and economic freedoms are an optimal option for a liberal state.

Tyrone is a person of infinite kindness and compassion, and yet, he can act with bravery and determination in tough situations. He is very intelligent and wise, especially for his age. He is a very nice person and can befriend pretty much anyone who is worth befriending in the Pacific.
Tyrone's father is Albert Rabbit- a genius scientist of Novoblupolia, and his mother is Claire Rabbit- former mayor of Verdetown. He has a younger brother Robert. Tyrone's best friend (and love interest) is Alexandra (born August 2nd 2004) - an elf girl who he met in school.
Personal Trivia
Despite being younger than the majority of the leaders in the Pacific, Tyrone can flawlessly track and influence the international machinations between the big figureheads of the region.

Tyrone, despite being half-rabbit, prefers calm sports like chess rather than jumping and running.
