Contact Bans and Service Policy

Territorial extent of this: Verchy Realm
Noting that the Keepermaster and other Realm officers may have ties outside of the Realm, and that these ties may involve contact bans, hereby declare this.

An individual on a contact ban list mentioned below this policy, shall still retain the right to access the services of the Realm unless there is another sanction on the side of the Verchy Realm prohibiting this, and that should not be considered to be contact or ties, but the individual will be monitored more closely should they enter the authoritative zones of the Verchy Realm.
In all other cases, I will try not to contact them to the best of my abilities. If you have a compelling reason as to why they should be blacklisted from the Verchy Realm, please send evidence to cilvelsiaheart on Discord.

Augustin Alliance ban list (Medium and High Risk activate this) (Uncommitted announcement in the discord server tied to this, Mlakhavia and two people who are blacklisted indefinitely from the Realm, {Rosartemis and Improper Classifications} and therefore aren't protected under this policy count under this.)
