The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Commonwealth Government assists with matters relating to foreign relations between different nations along with trade. The head of the Ministry is known as the Minister of Foreign Affairs and is part of the Commonwealth Chamber. The Minister of Foreign Affairs is apart of the Commonwealth Chamber as one of the representative leaders of the Commonwealth.

An Ambassador is assigned to every nation by the Minister of Foreign Affairs, in which the Ambassadors are to continue keeping relations aligned with the goals of the people and the current government that represents the people. Ambassadors can also appoint Diplomats and Representatives to represent Commonwealth people of Kemonomican or Mothian heritage in other nations.

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs is responsible for reviewing, resolving, and maintaining ties with foreign nations.

Foreign Policy

Kemonomica under Hao Zhenya from 2212-Present has undergone little to no changes from the Sufferist Regime of Kemonomica though is more economically cooperative with foreign nations. Pacifism: Kemonomica shall greatly benefit from being a pacifist country, having large forces of Federal Self-Defense Troops sent to wars or deployed in wars is something Kemonomica shall avoid unless is needed to protect Sisters-in-arms or Allies as well as protect Kemonomimi interests abroad and within.
Economy: Heavily important to establish trade agreements with different nations to interconnect them with the Kemonomimi Markets and to allow Kemonomican goods to flourish within and outside of Kemonomica.
Stability: Kemonomimi people value stability over turmoil, after a rocky late 22nd century and early 23rd century due to political turmoil, foreign intervention, civil war, coups, etc. The Kemonomimi people are tired of the constant state of fear of losing jobs or dying due to wars or changes in government. Hence the Kemonomimi Dream Party promises economic, political, and social security, stability, and safety.
Understanding: Understanding the needs and wants of the two parties can make greater strides in economic and diplomatic cooperation between the two parties.
Love: Compassion and love are the secret formulas to a successful diplomatic meeting and successful friendship, without those there is nothing so special about the relations developed between the two nations. And this doesn't pertain to formal relations but informal relations, the Kemonomimi people living abroad can better represent the Federal Republic to the people better than the government can. The Kemonotowns that prop up in different countries serve as cultural and social hubs for the Kemonomimi people and the native people of the country hosting them.
