Third times a charm, or Drystar strikes back

Most of you have some experience with me, so introducing myself seems a bit odd, but I’ll put it in for those who are new. I’m what is considered an old timer, I’ve been around TSP since long before the current evolution of its government existed. I mainly hang out on the rmb, but do spend some time on the TSP Discord. I’ve served two terms prior as one of the LC, and have a fairly good grasp on what constitutes the current form, but would like to see the role expand.

I’ve seen many campaigning promises over the years of interacting with LC candidates, most of which are impossible to actually work, so you won’t see me push anything like that. What I do have is various ideas that have been percolating around since the end of my last full term.

Idea 1, which I’ll admit is totally owed to the fine folks in the west pacific. We should have one day, just one day set aside during the week for people to post short stories about life in their nations, mostly from the perspective of ordinary citizens. It can’t take off without a big push from everyone, but I think it would be fun. As an added bonus, we can have a poll to determine the best story, and the winner would be allowed to make their own poll for a day.

Idea 2, and it's a bit fuzzy, would be the LC actually making official the job of greeter. The job would have some requirements, and would give them a chance to deal with new players and the off site players.

Conflict of Interest

I've really nothing to declare, I have no other nations here or in any other places. Maybe I'm just to lazy to make them, but it's always seem a bit of bother to keep track of all that.
