Preamble
With the passing of Lord-Commander Falcon Proudspire in late 2020, Rürlüch officials in the form of the Ministry of Education had expressed their desire to review the life of this once great man from a nation not much unlike their own. A meeting and eventual agreement was struck during January of 2021.
Article One:

1. Within this article it is stated that the Republic of Rürlüchia and its Ministry of Education are:
I. Allowed to use the information granted to them regarding Lord-Commander Falcon Proudspire within their own national curriculum.
a. With the consent of the Order Archivists.
II. Required to stop the spread of false or information that was not given consent to by the Order Archivists.
Article Two:
Exchange of Students for Mutual Education
Exchange of Students for Mutual Education
1. Allows the Ranger Order of the Grey and the Republic of Rürlüchia to:
I. Exchange students between their two nations.
a. Eligible centers of education are to be designated by their respective governments.
II. Exchange students of their own respective military training centers.
a. Designate the limitations of access to their own respective military records for the purpose of study.
2. Requires the Ranger Order of the Grey and the Republic of Rürlüchia to:
I. Assure the quality of education to be within the spirit of this agreement.
II. Be receptive of criticism regarding their exchange education programs by students or their nation of origin.
