Line of Succession to the Almighty Saney.

The Saney
The Saney is the almighty leader of the Unojoish people and 2nd the most powerful conjointist in the CCE (Church of the Conjoint Eye), only 2nd place to to Difemanim himself. Even though there is the Parlagresso exist (A Congress of rich people whose job is to approve the Saney and to call Unojo a democracy), If they go against the Saney, they will be killed on spot. Point being, El Saney is very powerful and when they die, that makes a problem. In case of assassination or other deaths of El Saney, We over at the Unojoish Nationalist Protectors (UNP) have came up with a line of succession for the Saney. (For future references, this document has been approved by Defi Namor and might be changed by a different Saney.)

Line of Succession: #1, The Bloodline.
The first person to be in line for the Crown is El Herdeiro. El Herdeiro is the person that the deceased Saney chooses. This can be ANYONE but if they die early, the Saney doesn't get to choose a spare for if both the Saney and Herdeiro die. Most of the time, the Herdeiro is a relative of the Saney (Mostly the *Eldest Child but can be anyone [as long as they are Unojoish {unless spouse} and are Conjointist]). Let's say that our Herdeiro has died before they could be put into action and we still don't have a Saney. We move to relatives.

The first born (If Not Herdeiro [from now on, If Not Herdeiro will be simplified to INH]) will be next in line to the Crown. If they are twins, some questions must be asked. Are they legitimate, if not, they cannot be Saney, The one with most Crimes Under their belt is excluded. Are they not conjointist, excluded! Are they disabled in anyway (by birth or accident), Excluded. And last (for now), have they been disowned by the Saney (Repudiada). If so, had they been added to the line by the Saney from Repudiada (Proevo). If so, forget Repudiada. All these rules apply to all children of the Saney as well. If First born isn't right for the throwe or dead, then the second born, third born, etc. If, somehow, All The Children Died, or just are unfit for the throwe, we have the spouse. Keep in mind, if anything is tied up, ladies go first!

The Spouse is the only Non-Unojoish person who can be put as Saney (Also Saney means holy king but the name doesn't change for female rulers). If they are same gendered, from an nation we are currently at war with, Anti-Unojoish, or Not Conjointist, they will not get the Crown. Other Relatives can take the Crown if they lived with the Saney, are Conjointist, and not Repudiada. If None of Them apply, we move to the special 2.
Line of Succession:#2 The Special 2
The Special 2 are the only 2 who have barely any buts about claiming the throne. Only if the Saney makes them Repudiada or they die, These two are the Saney (but not both). The first out of the 2 that get put in the line is the Sanpai (Holy Father who is the most powerful person in the CCE other than The Saney and Difemanim. [not "senpai" Sanpai is holy father {get your mind out of the gutter}]). The Sanpai is the head of the CCE and is thus is the perfect person for the Crown. If they are Repudiada or DEAD, then we move on to the Defiguerra (Head of all Military sections). Defiguerra is the most patriotic role and thus is fit for the Crown. If everyone we stated is unavailable, then we move on to the Parlagresso.
Line of Succession:#3 Parlagresso
If all of this fails, we have the Parlagresso. Starting with the eldest member, then the member that has been on the Parlagresso the longest, then the second eldest, second longest member of Parlagresso, etc. Again, Repudiada applies as well as opinion on Unojo pride, being anti-Saney, Not being Conjointist, not being native Unojoish or born Unojoish. All this applied as well as some other rules, we should be able to find one out of the 25 people to support this.
Line of Succession:#4 DFN's update
On request of Defi F Namor, we will add one more thing. After the Parlagresso, Any other military leader is available for Saney with regular rules applied. In this order, Army leader, Space Force leader, Navy leder, Air Force leader, and last being Marine leader, cause the leader hates the marines.
Line of Succession:#5 Others
If all those people don't apply, we will have the upper class vote for 2 upper class, conjointist, patriotic, person are elected. This shouldn't have to happen, but we shall never let the lower class, foreigners (A foreigner is someone who hasn't be born on Unojoish territory and has less than 60 percent english or iberian or Hispanic. If you have any of these apply to you, you are a foreigner), slaves, prisoners, betrayers, other religious groups, and others you might address. If you have any questions, ask the UNP (Not the Saney).
