Ilisseia Compulsory Militar Education and Formation for Young Troublemakers (Boys and Girls)

Every single young troublemaker (bully, etc.), boys and/or girls (till the age of 25 years old) have to be reported to the National Defence Ministry by the Education Ministry or by the Social Ministry.
After being reported to the National Defence Ministry they are called to be on their local Militar Base to begin their Militar Education and Formation Program. The duration of the Program is chosen by the Militar Base in cooperation with the National Defence Ministry. If the troublemaker(s) misbehaviour, disobey during the Program, the two entities, (National Defence Ministry and the Militar Base) once again in cooperation, can extend the duration of the troublemaker(s) Program.
