What's the best way to increase ideological radicality? I'm trying to get the 'Be Strange' and it requires an ideological radicality of 40.
Issues that give minor liberties to the population seems to severely drop ideological radicality but issues that seriously restrict the population barely make my ideology radicality climb.
get as close to 0 or 100 on civil rights, economic freedom and political freedom
Well that's what I thought. I have a high economy and fairly high political freedom and low civil freedom. I just did an issue that lowered politician freedom by 20%. But it made my ideological radicality increase by over 10%. Shouldn't it have done the opposite?
its because average for civil rights and political freedom are considered to be 57.33
