UN Delegates on the record
From now on, when a region elects a new UN Delegate, the date this
occurred will be displayed on the Region page.
Thus, you'll be able to tell at a glance whether any region's
Delegate is a new kid on the block or has ruled the place longer than
you've been alive--uhh, I mean, founded.
Current UN Delegates can keep their election date a mystery
by never losing the Delegateship. Good luck with that.
