I like this idea! I've actually been planning on commissioning a map for quite some time. Any volunteers? One of the biggest though, is for everybody to compromise and agree on Territory disputes.
There's a website I use for my DnD campaign that could work well. It would be hard as more people join in unless we just don't occupy the entire map
