Right, This is a Tad Delayed, However there is a Trio of New Bills I would Like to Introduce

Senate Bill GP.1 Senatorial Procedures

Purpose: clearly define proper senatorial procedures

1. When a New Senate Takes office the first order of business is to Elect a senate president

2. When the Senate has selected the Senate President The Chief Justice will Administer Oaths of Office for Every senate member, and then a unique one for the Senate President. The Current Chief Justice is Tasked with Coming up with those Oaths of office.

3. Any bill introduced by a senator has Five Days to be put to a Vote, and then a Further Two days to be voted upon, after that any senator who has not voted shall automatically abstain.

4. The Senate President or the Chairman can Veto the Bill within 48 hours, however the Senate president can sign it into law any time after the Senate passes the bill

5. Establishes a Government Secretary Puppet which is run by the current Senate President

6. All Legislation will be compiled into a Factbook with the secretary puppet, The legislation will be labeled according to the Category,
SD: Security and Defense
IR: Inter-regional relations and diplomacy
LO: Law and Order
GP: Government Procedures
RC: Recruitment and Citizenship
RA: Regional Activities

New Categories can be added and laws can be recategorized without subsequent legislation by the senate president, provided he first inform the senate of said change.

7. All Bills/Laws must have their Purpose stated at the top

8. All Official Government posts shall end with "Long Live the Union"

Senate Bill GP.2 Electoral Processes
Purpose: Detail procedures for Elections and prepare for most potential issues
1. the Current Senate President is in charge of hosting the Next Election
2. Elections are to be held via Google Forms, If any Eligible voter cannot Use Google forms the Election host is to send an absentee ballot via NS Telegram.
3. if there is a Dispute in the election any Citizen may Request a recount from the Chief Justice before the new senate takes office
4. The Newly elected senate is to take office Five days after the election
5. Elections will be held on the First of the month unless the First is a Sunday, In which elections will be held on the second.
6. A Census will be held Five days before the Election to determine how many Senate seats there are. this will be the last day a citizen may announce their candidacy
7. Only citizens are authorized to Run for senate or vote in elections.
8. If there is a shortage of Canidates the Chairman will select a Citizen to fill the seat with the approval of the Chief Justice, the selected nation can file a request with the chief justice.
9. In the Event of a tie the Chairman Selects the winner.

Senate Bill RC.1 Requirements for Citizenship
Purpose: Define a Citizen.
1. Any WA member is Automatically a Citizen.
2. Any Non-WA Member can request that they become Citizens to the Senate President he has the ability to approve or reject these requests
3. in the event that the senate president rejects the request the rest of the senate can vote on whether to offer the nation Citizenship in the region. if it is rejected again the nation can request the Chief justice to intervene.
4. Any nation who's application for Citizenship is approved Receives the same rights as any WA nation and for the purposes of the Law count as such. in order to keep track the Senate Scribe will Keep a factbook of citizens.

5. Anyone inactive for more than 10 days loses citizenship and must follow the process to apply for citizenship again, this includes WA members, and they do not count as a WA member for the purposes of the law.

I think it would be better to use the NS Regional poll for the votes for transparency purposes, as everyone can directly see who is voting and if they're in the WA. I would change my vote to Aye if that was amended.

Alright, First order of business, Electing a Senate President, despite neither GP.1 nor the Constitution clarifying exactly how we should go about doing this (Entirely my Fault, this is why We need Active Senators besides myself) As the Incumbent Senate president I say we should Each Vote for a senate president

You can vote for anyone on the senate including yourself, this may have to change in the future as someday we may have a POTC like Deadlock, but for now

I vote Sicias for senate president

(This will be the last time I will run for senate president for a bit, After the first full senate concludes I will step down so others may lead and I can rest)
