Amend Article I Section I to read as follows:

• Section I - The Executive branch of government, also known as the Cabinet, shall be composed of the Prime Minister, and its Ministers, as decreed by law or as nominated by the Prime Minister and appointed by a confirmation vote by the Senate; the Cabinet shall at least be composed of a Minister tasked with Foreign Affairs, a Minister tasked with Domestic Affairs, and a Minister tasked with Legal Affairs.

  • Section Ia - Only Thaecian citizens may become Ministers and hold lesser ministerial positions.

Amend Article III to read as follows:

Creates Section IV which reads:

• Section IV - Only Thaecian citizens may hold the position of Justice or Deputy Justice.

Amend Article VIII - Elections to read as follows:

Creates Section VI which reads:

• Section VI - Only Thaecian citizens may hold the position of Electoral Commissioner.
