Following recommendations from the Constitutional Convention Commission Central Committee (CCCCC), the Commission has announced the following proposals for a new Belacian constitution:

A new subdivision system with communities, regions and states
- All communities to have an 8-person local council
- Regions and states to have democratic assemblies, with more details depending on that state's constitution, which have the ability to legislate in certain areas
Head of government to be Yamakôx Ahlareg (Minister-General), similar to a prime minister
- After a Minister-General leaves office, there is to be an official 40-day period in which the position is left vacant (preceded by a 7-day period of mourning if they died), known as a "time of consideration" (pemex u akôhlu) during which candidates may put themselves forward and be considered for the leadership. During this time, a Kons u Yamakôxi (Council of Ministers; the leaders of the 7 government ministries) collectively leads the country.
Head of state - the Yaddex, with limited and mostly symbolic powers - to be elected by a convention of delegates from all local councils, on a four-year term.
Confederal Assembly to be renamed Yamio Nôkog (People's Congress; Nôkog for short). To retain its current structure, with 490 yanôkogi (or YNs, equivalent to MPs) elected by STV across 98 districts.
