The Ministry of Defense and AAF announces the supplier of the ANF procurement project
"Following the ANF procurement project, the Ministry of Defense with Azharian Armed Forces has been observing and evaluating all of the candidates who offered the products to meet the requirement and the capability asked by the Royal Navy in which in charge of Azharian Northern Fleet, after thoroughly consideration and with the advice of the Royal Navy, the Ministry of Defense selected that the Empire of Eluthania will become the supplier of the ANF project, with little modification from the initial plan,
9x Frigates (Sabre/Iver Huifeldt-class: ђ7 Billion)
3x Submarine (Astute-class: ђ6 Billion)
5x Amphibious Assault Ship (Dominion-class: ђ4 Billion)"
ATLAS and several other affiliated ship builders will begin filling out the order. We are glad to be able to support our ally in their mission to improve their defence.
The first delivery could take many months but Eluthanian ship builders are renowned for their speed and effectiveness while still maintaing quality.
The Referendum
Part Four
"I never thought I'd live to see the day," Vurturm mumbled, his frail hands holding a manila envelope. Sliding the copy out, he quickly perused the blocks of text. Finished, he lifted his head, his brow furrowed. "You aren't pulling a fast one on me, are you?"
"Unfortunately not, Mr. Laspeb," Witjem crossly responded. "When I received the results, I had the votes recounted twice."
"Is there any plan to announce the results?" Iteud butted in, scowling at Witjem. "Something as big as this can't be shelved for a later date."
"My Core's already in the process of arranging a radio address. The announcement should be out within the day," Fayzut eagerly answered. "The real question is regarding other nations. Witjem's Core composed a document listing nations who match our requirements. Before I contact any administrations, I would like to hear some suggestions."
"In due time, Ms. Quacort," Vurturm said, sliding the referendum's results back into the folder. "If memory serves me right, a message from The trident union's administration was received recently. I must admit, I'm curious as to why the message coincidently aligned with these results."
Fayzut's face blushed red from the insinuation. "Have you no faith in me? The message was received hours before the results were known.”
“I can confirm this,” Witjem said. “While the message was decrypted after the votes were tallied, the cryptologists had been working on it for hours beforehand.”
“Ah, I see,” Vurturm conceded. “I can’t keep thinking on just a national level anymore. There’s a whole international stage to keep in mind.”
“It’ll certainly take some getting used to,” Iteud admitted. “The thought of technological cooperation between another nation doesn’t sit right with me yet.”
“We’ll cross that bridge when we get there,” Fayzut said. “To get to the point at hand, there’s also copies of the transcribed message in the folders. Take a look, I want to hear your thoughts on the contents.”
A brief period of silence followed, as the trio quickly analyzed the message. Faces contorted into confusion, brows furrowed, and frowns formed. It was almost comical to Fayzut, knowing how disjointed the message was.
“No way. I don’t believe this,” Witjem scoffed. “You’re telling me nobody reviewed the message for grammatical mistakes? Unbelievable.”
“Let’s give the benefit of the doubt,” Vurturm said unassuredly. “It must’ve been a communication or translation error. Either way, this is a great event to introduce the people of Uljenph to the world stage, and vice versa.”
“Not only that,” Fayzut added, “but it’d be great to announce our presence for the first time in years. I’d recommend all four of us attend.”
“Religious affairs aren’t exactly my forte,” Witjem said. “I’d rather not attend if I didn’t have to.”
“Noted,” Fayzut said, gesturing at Vurturm.
“I certainly will,” he said excitedly. “How about you, Mrs. Tuornsurg?”
“Somebody will need to organize the security detail,” she said slowly, thinking about the commitment she was about to make. “I believe I should attend, though not at the conference itself.”
“Understandable,” Fayzut said. “I’d be happy to accommodate such a request. I’ll have travel arrangements made for the 5th, as well as notifying the Trident government of our participation. Any thoughts?”
After a moment, Witjem shrugged.
“Alright, I’ll keep everyone informed regarding the Religious Convention.”
“Thank you,” Vurturm said. “I’m quite curious as to how this will transpire.”
“As am I,” Fayzut said. “As am I.”

The CNIS has recently presented a project in which each politician must have an anti-corruption "license" to ensure that there is no corruption in his career.
On the other hand, a scientist from the National University of Hiuri said that this program would not work since not only politicians commit corrupt acts, as in this recent case the corrupt one was a retired military man.
The government has said things similar to those of the scientist saying that perhaps that license can be signed but that politicians will not comply with it in the future and without any legal consequence, since that was not clarified by the CNIS. This said Albert Ferd:
"I congratulate the CNIS employees for presenting this project but most likely it will not work. Why? Because a politician can sign the license, not comply with it in the future and as they DID NOT CLARIFY without any legal consequences"
This makes people doubt if the CNIS (which replaced the CIS in the corrupt controversy that involved the president) actually acts in favor of the president.
OOC: I'm already in the regional map =)
The excited 19-year-old Leader is bouncing up and down and running through the Capital Housing.
"Uh, ma'am? are you ok?" Avi asks while trying to catch up to Kiao.
"Of course I am! I'm just super excited to meet the other leaders! I wonder how they'll react when they see me"
"Probably surprised a 19-year old rules a country", Avi chuckled. "Especially since you look like a 13-year-old"
"Hey!" Kiao slapped the back of Avi's head.
The two laugh while they walk around the housing.
"wait, how will I make it there? it's on the other side of Oitsu!"
"Easy! I'll drive a plane there!"
There was silence
"You're 16...you can't even drive"
"Fair point"
"We'll just take one of those jets that can take us there!"
"right!"
The two walk back to the office and just relaxed

Trade Embargoes and Condemnations
As nations have condemned and even put embargoes of trade on the Free Oceanic Republics, the economy staggers. A slight dip in supplies is clear, shelves have had problems restocking and the people's cupboards are starting to be filled with little products that aren't made in the Free Oceanic Republics. The Free Supreme Court still is unable to introduce religious-related laws, though, intel has it, Jamison Forrest might be heading home soon with mentions of "religious freedoms opening up". Whatever reforms they must be, it will most likely mean the end of religious restrictions, or the loosening of restrictions, whatever it may be, it is positive for the civil rights situation of the nation.
Rejected!
The Free Oceanic Republics will not be present at the Conference, and rejects to come.
"The Foreign Affairs Minister of the Free Oceanic Republic has to say clearly that no Oceanic official will be showing up to the conference, and we are apologetic. But with the Premier currently visiting Neo-Venice of the Italian Catholic Union, the nations hands are already full. We hope you understand."
~ Foreign Affairs Minister Edward Wilkinson
However, the rejection note has, in really small font, "Thank you for asking." at the very bottom of the page.
