So basically, if the Germans weren’t hated for existing, if the Italians weren’t incompetent, and the Japanese and the Americans didn’t hate each other...then maybe? Torch wouldn’t happen and the Suez would be blown. America wouldn’t find a reason to go to war, therefore much easier for the Axis. Japan and Germany would both kill the USSR, blitz through France quicker with Italian help, and a Sealion still wouldn’t be possible. An armistice would be signed, but the Axis would win. So, I suppose so.
