Yeah I didn’t really also want too much oil, because that would lead to just that. Military use.

I understand, sorry, I just didn’t want to cause hyperinflation. Then again judging by Acadias comments, I should have other concerns.

Well, some. Not many though. We could send them, but as we said, we do not have any large aircraft so the only way is to send it through our cargo ships.

Can you send their parts by plane, and then we will reassemble them locally.

In that case, we could send only the parts. We could also just send the assembly guidebook used by our manufactures, if you need.

Several small cargo planes are spotted flying towards the south east from 'Elleston Manufacturing' Central Airport.

Yes, but they do have specialized radar to detect any missiles and the jets do have flares. As we said before, noted.

Excellent, should our government pay yours for the equipment (note that our currency is almost completely worthless)

I don’t think we would need to be paid as we have an ongoing Defensive Pact that also includes that some equipment can be sent between our nations without the other paying for it. (I think my grammar is completely wrong there, sorry if you don’t get the meaning)

Do you know there has been a regime change (or rather several) in Acadia and it is now an autocracy

Note that instead of your currency directly, we would like a free trade agreement to be signed in exchange for our aid, as we would like to continue cooperating economically after the civil war is over.

Yes we do, but the defensive pact still apply, and other pacts such as the Free Trade Agreement.

[Okay, I finally tried to create a good description of active support - it is the first section in a proposal someone submitted in my nation that I am working on, and a link is below. The proposal itself is not done yet, but the first section is.]

The current government is a sort of military oligarchy with the president and vice president both being one of the military generals.
