Perfect description.

Wubdich wrote:What else did you expect?

nothing really

Mestovakia wrote:We also sell the ships, clones included, to other nations. Who wouldn't resist having access to laser-equipped vessels?

No one would. I can't take them however, since my SA is too low.

Does SA limitations apply to tech bought from other nations?

Mestovakia wrote:Does SA limitations apply to tech bought from other nations?

Yes. Unless you send men and supplies constantly and they are still technically under your control. That's what Samasbhi told me.

I don't think so, but I always attach a team of trainers or have a crew on the ship that will operate it until the other nation is sufficiently advanced enough to use it

Mestovakia wrote:Does SA limitations apply to tech bought from other nations?

Kinda. You can’t buy space tech if you have WW1 tech, but you can if you are in 2020 tech level.

Mestovakia wrote:Does SA limitations apply to tech bought from other nations?

Yeah. Otherwise, nations with low tech would just buy good tech from other nations all the time.

I don't suppose we could include a maintenance manual...

That's the guy you should stay away from.

No, too easy. This is how we keep nations from going above and beyond their tech level.

Bosnian, i think i made a flag for you a while back, do you want me to send it to you?

But that's what a corporation would live for! Supply our wares for all parties, they fight, get into a stalemate due to equal tech, get stuck and have to buy more from us! Payday~!

Kathol Rift wrote:Yeah. Otherwise, nations with low tech would just buy good tech from other nations all the time.

No there is a downside of most low-tech nations not being able to afford to operate the extremely high tech equipment, and most people if they stick with low tech once they get big, it is usually for RP or personal reasons.
