The deal states that nonhumans, meaning any intelligent, sapient being that is not human, will be deported from Ballistikov and Vareshia. The nonhumans in question get to choose where they wish to be deported to. And no, there isnít a factbook with it.

Created as a result of an arms race between Wubdich and the The Municipalities of Antarctica.
Powered by an experimental nuclear reactor in order to provide enough power to itself to provide it's high rate of speed for it's weight.
Has two independent advanced radar systems mounted on both superstructures, one radar is for short-range clarity, whilst the other is tuned especially for long-range monitoring and targeting.
Due to the two superstructures, there are two bridges for the ship to operate from, the central command bridge, and the emergency bridge near the back, there are also two fire-control directors within the ship due to this same reason.
Capable of firing the 'W-93' shell, a 20 inch, 30 kiloton nuclear round that can be used to eradicate any form of target deemed appropriate for such munitions.

Unlike the 'C' version, the 'A' version is mounted with significant armor and bullet-proof glass in order to improve survivability should it be attacked by small-arms fire, this comes at the cost of speed and endurance, but as an ASW helicopter, it does not have as much need for it as the 'C' version does.
External fuel tanks can be bolted to the bottom in order to increase the range of the helicopter, as can extra sensor packages, or a sonar buoy.

Seems Cruel to Deport them from the place where a lot of them grew up, but I Guess the alternative is worst.

We would be accepting of that, it may take a long time for our people to come to understand what you can provide, but we know that it is an extremely important decision to make for our viability as a nation.
