I thought 'vez' was '[a] time'?

I also do too, but well... let's say I haven't a very good memory at all.

Pinguioris wrote:I thought 'vez' was '[a] time'?

yes, vez is "a time". But "va" is the 3rd person singular present from the verb ir (go).

It's an expression. It makes no literal sense translating it literally.

I always just say "male Karens" because some of my friends are named Kevin, and I also didn't know that was the term

I know va, and that expressions don't translate literally, but I've heard tercera vez for third time and I thought that it would be in the phrase.

SR RP

Legislature 126

Queen Sakura would begin looking at the current situation within Iqe. A prominent anti-animal mistreatment movement was developing, a growing concern for the rapidly modernizing manufacturing industry. Small-scale protests and rallies would begin demanding a halt to animal testing for cosmetics, manufactured goods and agricultural products. These would quickly come to the eye of the government, as several ministers would propose a new law. Sakura would finally agree, sending the proposition down to the Royal Senate.

Proposition 126

Official Government Seal - Blossoming Realm of Iqe

According to current modern standards, animal testing should not be needed to test any product within any market, with the important exception of vaccines. This proposition proposes an end to this, making it illegal, and the creation of the Animal Safety Committee or ASC. It also prevents foreign goods who have been tested with animals to enter the nation, forcing companies to make safer variants for our markets.

Signed, Queen Sakura II.

Soon enough, the Royal Senate would get to work on the proposition, having several debates for and against this. Agricultural lobbyists would begin to influence many decisions, leading to a tie in the market. As per law, the tiebreaker would be the King, King Itimachi of Jeju. Forced by Sakura to choose against this, Itimachi would pick against, sending the senate into flames. The proposition would then be declared, as the ASC would begin doing monthly checks on factories nation-wide.

I am starting an event called Expo, or Eclair, which takes a deeper look into a country, examining its culture and lifestyle through an entire month of fun and exploration.

A country shall host the expo and give us a glimpse of their country. This is an attempt at creating a outer role playing event. I hope it works.

Host Areas:
Republica Guilleana <- Deserves a ping

I have added these names because I assume they would be great for this event. Feel free to remove your name from this list if you don’t want to participate. If you want to go in, quote this message.

Create a dispatch and list a logo, a quote, venues, and more for your campaign.
Next week I will check this list, and create a poll that will decide the host of the First Expo.

Also I have removed my name from this vote since it will place so much pressure on me for hosting.
Ok so yeah.
Do whatever.

It looks exciting but I don't think I have time to do a good job with it. I am quite busy irl and I need to catch up with work irl because I've been sick for a week. I am not saying I won't participate ut don't count on me at the moment.
