Oh, I know. It's mostly my western inland portion that's dry, and I have part of a mountain range near the coast. It shouldn't be a huge issue. If you look at the factbook map I currently have, your bit there would be light green with some yellow, which I'm going to make 250-500 meters, and 500-750 meters respectively. No higher than western Nebraska or Kansas. I'll definitely make it wetter than that though.
