Dear nations of The North Pacific,

Since there has been another trading initiative regarding the market of WMDs, we - the government of Intion North officially:

1. Define:
a. WMDs - Weapons of Mass Destruction - as weapons with devastating effect on the environment, animal populations; our people and inhabitants of the land of The North Pacific. Common such weapons are: Nuclear Warheads, Biological weapons, any type of harmful gas attacks.
b. Safety - having no WMD but instead focus on a lot of other ways to negotiate with aggressive nations, anti-WMD defenses etc and therefore absolutely prevent the danger of mass destruction

2. Establish an International Earth Preservation Committee (IEPC) that focuses on peace keeping, disabling WMDs preemptively.

a. Disabling WMDs is achieved by tackling the WMD on its way to its target; if possible: defusing it, changing its course to outer space
b. IEPC's Central will be located in the Intion North's capital.

3. Clarify that the actions taken by the IEPC are to be taken only if one of the members is in danger.

4. Prohibit the use of WMDs by the member nations.

5. Mandate that the member nations must recycle their WMD arsenal (if existing && if possible). Biological weapons must be quarantined under strict measures.
