I would. The problem is that we have a limit as to how many regional officers (ROs) we can have. So I'll only be able to grant BC powers to those who have received RA authorization to hold them (i.e. Nessie) or people who are close to the top in the Security Council's line of succession (think Pallaith or Siwale).

Pallaith falls into the latter category, so he is the one RO that I would extend BC authority to, as per law.

17. Flemingovianism shall be adopted as the religion and church of The North Pacific.

19. The Flemingovian religion shall receive no financial or tax advantages through being the religion of The North Pacific.

Banjection to a certain extent doesn’t matter. We are a GCR so spammers can continue to make puppets. If both ROs that have border control are offline then there is nothing we can do except suppress and GHR the spammer. Banjecting someone over double posting multiple times is draconian. We discourage double posting just on etiquette and keeping the RMB more clean, it doesn’t contribute to the dumpster fire that is trolling and spamming

I'm unsure as to what this "stricter punishment" would be, considering that I believe suppression to already be a sufficient method and regional laws on onsite authority cover most anything else for banjectionable offences.

On the current legal system, I'd say about a 6 or a 7.

As for how I feel about the current administration... I'd say about a 6, if not a 5.
