This convention hereby prevents all nations from using the following:
All Weapons of Mass Destruction, under any circumstances,
Chemical and biological weapons, under any circumstances,
Incendiary weapons unless the target is non-living,
Poisonous weaponry or other weaponry that ensures that the target will die to infection or other painful ways,
Prohibits nations from attacking the following:
Non-combatants, under any circumstances,
Children, unless they are attacking soldiers in a way that could render them wounded or dead,
Women, unless they are combatants,
Upholds human rights, defining human rights as:
The right to edible and safe food, if available,
The right to clean water, if available,
The right to a shelter, if available,
The right to not be forced into a life-threatening or agonizing scenario, defining a life-threatening or agonizing scenario as a scenario where the person referred to is in threat of death or enough pain to render them unable to do anything,
Understanding that terrorists may have these rights removed,
Defining terrorism as an act that threatens or ends the lives of thousands.
