IC-Water is having a bloody civil war. The Factor Party has accused ICTP for stealing ownership of the etymology party. We (TNC) will be sending aid like steel, Iron, cars, veggies, meat, fruits, construction workers, and maybe weapons (We're still not sure) to the Factor Party. For now, and if those don't help, than we will send soldiers to the country. until than, we hope the aid
