Because I'm getting tired of it.
You missed the entire thing about screens, didn't you? I'm not just gonna put some battleship out for combat alone and assume they'll win.

well do we know what changes would be made to battle ships if we still had them? The reason why we dumped them is because we found better means to kill each other.
And the second point is what you just said for battle ships they need a whole lot of support from other ships don't think I'm saying that other ships don't need as much support.

Blackwing would press a button, the seat would jerk backward slightly, causing Foxer's foot to hit several red buttons. Blackwing would then hit several more buttons on her tablet, as the system for those buttons were not active. The lights in the cockpit would suddenly go red as the door slammed shut and lock as a computer began spouting something in Kylondian.

Your tellin me...Destroyers are not meant for destroying?

Destroyers are intended for escorting larger vessels in a fleet and defend them against powerful short range attackers, but they can use their armament for destroying ships.

Reading about your navy is giving me more and more motivation to just invade you and take the exclave you have right across me.

Oh naw that is just Opinion based on how British ships work
The Type 45 has a far more capable Air Defense Radar then the Type 23 Frigate, which was actually built around Anti Submarine work. The Results from the Falklands resulted in development of Vertically Launched Missiles for the UK, meaning that the Type 23 became more general Purpose and the workhorse of the RN in the end.

"The Fu*k!?" Foxer could be heard shouting when the seats jerked back. Quickly when the lights and voice came on he quickly attempted to look for a way to turn it off.

Again with Meyhn, mostly Opinionated then Factual.

Just gonna put this here and disappear for a bit.

Myehn, West Pangasinan, and Ponamy

Of course all the buttons would be labeled in Kylondian, most them having turned red themselves. A camera feed would appear in front of Foxer, the camera itself had a target reticle on it, along with what seemed to be an ammo count and images of missiles. It slowly turned to face the plane next to the Pelican.

Blackwing, of course, made sure the weapon was not armed and able to fire, also having disabled the main control console so Foxer didn't do something stupid.

That would be a diplomatic crisis.

Foxer would very quickly look around a stick to control the Gun to try and pull the turret away from his beloved aircraft, as well as look for a killswitch.

And as I said as the tensions get higher, I'll hopefully be left in one piece and, be just sitting in the Ponamese Broadcact Corp. telling my people how great the world is.

There would indeed be a joystick nearby, there would also be a very big and bright red button near to it.

Foxer wouldn't take the chance to press that, presuming that the Pelican may have more then just a gun, or if the button was just the gun firing itself. Regardless he would try pulling the stick on the other direction.

There would be a loud KERCHUNK!, before the lights, camera, and buttons turned off. The door would unlock and Blackwing would enter, holding a fuse with her helmet on.

How so?

Peat is one of the most isolated nations on Valsora, plus it would benefit me a lot.

Myehn, New North America, and Ponamy

Foxer would look around, panicking slightly before seeing Blackwing, Holding a sigh from hitting him.
"Ma'am! I, I didn't know what happened, the Seat Jolted back and then everything started making noises..."

Blackwing would look over the console before seeing the bootmarks and sighing. She then points at a very clear warning on the side of the cockpit wall, an image of someone leaning back in a chair with their feet on the console and a large red circle surrounded it with a singular red line crossing over the image, an easy translateable warning of “don’t put your feet on the console”.

"Oh... I didn't see that..." Foxer replied more quietly, standing up.

"A perfectly peaceful world!" Says Ręniowin all the while knowing another war is on the verge of being declared.

“Doesn’t look like you blew anything up.” she would state as she looked out the window and at the neighboring plane. “Saw a measuring tape as I was entering, how long have you been in here?”

"Can't say for sure... Roughly 10 minutes?" Foxer replied before holding his hands up a little.
"And the only thing I did was measure the Hold. I didn't take anything apart. At least until I have permission from you or my CO."

Me: I am quite happy with these serialized stories so far and excited for the EPIC CONCLUSION

My brain: actually you have used up your lifetime allotment of words

Oh I will wait...It would have been perfect to do it during the Maham situation but there will be more in the future.

I will be patient.

Blackwing would shrug. “Hey I didn’t pay for or build the thing.” she states as she walks back into the hold and reinserting the fuse. “Was there something in particular you wanted to remove the cover on?” she asks.
