The Minister of Commerce, Ignacio Aristégui, presented to Parliament the most ambitious railway project to date for Atrocha: the Transeklyosian Railway. Named after the Solitas region where the project will be built, Ekylos, the project has two initiatives:
1- The connection between the third colony of Merlovich in Solitas, close to the Texarian district of Lubbock. This is due to recent trade agreements, which dictated gas supplies from Merlovich to Atrocha.
2- The improvement of life of the population of Atrocha, Merlovich and Texaria, who will be able to travel and transport to the different countries, increasing tourism, improving transport and helping the economy of the different countries.

The construction period for the first Prata-Austinia route will be 4 and a half months, thanks to Atrocha's technological advances in construction. The Atrochan companies that will participate are: Construcción Rosellón, Esquivel-Arrocha Investments and Architects, COHERPI, and the National Transport Company. Investment from Merlovich and Texaria companies is expected. The State will invest 27% in the construction of the railway.
The budget calculated for Atrocha by the railway is 3.02 billion pesos, while the total budget for the road is calculated between 5 and 6 billion pesos. A bulk purchase certificate for building materials has already been delivered to the nation of Vuclen.

The route is described below:
-The railway will begin in the city of Prata in Atrocha, following the route, passing through the port of Tireo and the large island of Eklyos to Austinia in Texaria. This will be the first route.
-The second route will be from Austinia to Merlovich's colony.
-The railway will transport passengers, merchandise, raw materials and other goods.
Investment from other countries is also open, as well as from other countries that want to join the railway project.

According to the Minister of Commerce, the trains will be hybrid (electric-fuel), and will be bullet trains with a maximum speed of 420 km/h.
The establishment of relations with Texaria gave the approval of that country for the construction of the railway. A statement from the power of Aislada is expected.
The Parliament is debating the project, but everything indicates that it will become a reality.

"Second, economically. As you may know, we are already buying oil from the Rostorians and Myehnese, but you yourself export oil. As we such, we offer to purchase 120,000 barrels every month based on Merlovichan prices. We would also like to buy cattle and sheep, as we shockingly find it hard for animal husbandry in the cold northern climates. To facilitate this trade, we are willing to lower tariff on Merlovichan goods and services by about 10-15%, depending on the product or service in question. Of course, we expect the same be reciprocated to West Pangasinense products.

"Lastly, militarily. We have recently began using our first indigenous supersonic-capable fighter, the K-9. And while we are extremely proud of it, we understand that we lack the necessary expertise to continue developing it. As such, we propose to the Merlovichan aircraft sector for a collaboration in developing the K-9 to a more capable capacity. This is of course on top of buying Merlovichan arms in the future."
