HL-58 "Bullhorn" PTV

Time in Active Service: 2008-Present Day (Being Phased Out)

The HL-58 Bullhorn is a Personel Transport Vehicle developed for use by Slagenseter Forn's military for safely transporting Slagenseterian troops across a myriad of dangerous battlefields. The Bullhorn is a very capable vehicle, able to cross a variety of different terrains in many different types of weather with varying degrees of ease. Two versions of the vehicle have been developed thus far, one variant with military applications in mind, which is armed with 20mm auto cannon allowing to engage enemy light vehicles and infantry. The second version having solely transport minded features, having nothing in the way of weaponry, and a more defined and accessible cockpit. The transport model often being sent to the SNLE for more civilian purposes.

HLD-89 "Enforcer" APTV

Time in Active Service: 2030-Present Day

The successor to the reliable HL-58 "Bullhorn" PTV, the HLD-89 "Enforcer" Armored Personel Transport Vehicle retains a similar but notably upgraded chassis. With a higher power engine and a larger gear box, it is capable of both higher speeds and higher torques. The vehicle's hull has been made more water resistant for operation in shallow waters, with the larger wheels reducing the potential for hydroplaning. The new advanced turret includes a full sensor suite in addition to a new 70mm cannon, capable of firing a myriad of munitions, notably HEAP and HESH shells for general purpose use and aiding infantry assaults in anti-fortification roles. With these additions, more spall lining has been added behind the large frontal transmission and gear box unit to improve the survivability of troops in the compartment behind it.

HVM-60 "Knight" MBT

HVM-60A2

The example on the bottom is one deployed by the Orodekt Home Guard against the Kilkirian Military during the first few skirmishes of the Kilkire-Slagenseter War.

Time in Active Service: 2003-Present Day

In the modern battlefield, the tank has become a integral piece of equipment for any truly contemporary military. This is why the HVM-60 Main Battle Tanks have been developed for use by the Slagenseterian military. This main battle tank is quite versatile, being able to be adapted for numerous, mostly dangerous situations. The HVM-60's armament usually consists of a 125mm RX-54 ETC smoothbore gun and a coaxial 70. caliber machinegun, but can also have a machine gun turret separate from the main turret.

Variants

There has also been several variants based on the HVM-60 that fill different roles. Two such examples include the HVM-60S and HVM-60A. The HVM-60S is a support variant created as a Military Engineering Vehicle, it's job mostly consisting of construction and removal of debris. HVM-60A variant is currently filling the role of artillery support, but is planned to eventually be replaced by a more dedicated vehicle.

Jumila VC-38 "Shepherd" LUC

Time in Active Service: 1952-1989

The VC-38 "Shepherd" was a Light Utillity Car that was widely utilized by the Slagenseterian Military during the early 1950's and late 1980's. It had a myriad of applications and features, making it a very versatile vehicle while it was in use. It's flat underbelly allowed it to more easily traverse harsher terrain. It could've been armed with a mounted ARL-27 Light Machine Gun. However, this required the removal of the soft-top roof, and exposed it's occupants to the weather outside.

It was designed by the private car manufacturing company known as Jumila due to the military sending a commission for a lightly armored utility vehicle in the valsoran year, 1950. After thirty-seven long years of dutiful use, it was eventually retired from service and slated to be replaced by a new vehicle.

HAW-72 "Sentinel" LUV

Time in Active Service: 2000-Present Day

The HAW-72 "Sentinel" is the Slagenseterian Millitary's official successor to the VC-38 "Shepherd"! After a period of numerous failed attempts and awkward workarounds, the military finally chooses a permanent replacement to their old Utility Car. Highly modular, the Sentinel can adapt to a myriad of scenarios one may place it in. It's armament can consist of anything from a machinegun to an advanced laser guided AA missile launcher allowing it's use to extend beyond that of it's predecessors.

The Sentinel is the product of a joint-project between Jumila and the now defunct Calduve Autoworks. It's somewhat troubled development started way back in the valsoran year of 1997 in an attempt to fill the commission put out ten years prior. After millions of delares being (In which future research shows that may have not been necessary.) poured into the project, it was finally complete and ready to presented to the military. It was eventually accepted in the year 2000.

[WIP]Jumila had taken up a old project started by Calduve Autoworks before they shutdown. This is the result.

MOHS-84 "Judge" Multipurpose Utility Truck

Time in Active Service: 1993-Present Day

Throughout humanity's history of war, armies have often had many ways to transport supplies, vehicles, and manpower to the frontlines. The MOHS-84 "Judge" is the Slagenseterian Millitary's solution. Big, bulky, and strong, the Judge can carry large amounts of cargo to many places, whether it be a military installation in the middle of nowhere, or the bustling streets of New Haelger. The MOHS-84 also has several variants, allowing it to be anything between a simple cargo truck, all the way to a mobile ICBM platform.

The Judge was developed in the early 1990's by the now no longer operational Calduve Autoworks as to work as an alternative to the army's main transport vehicle. It was their first project beyond small civilian cars, and therefore they put a lot of effort into the creation of the vehicle. Luckly, their efforts would pay off when it was officially adopted into the military in 1995.

The M2 "Ballista" Heavy Rocket/Missile Bombardment System is an optional attachment to the MOHS-84. Built upon a shortened version of the original trailer, it is actually slightly more mobile than the original, with the only thing holding it back being the added weight. The Ballista is a powerful artillery system, able to cram either thirty-two unguided rockets or twelve laser guided missiles into it's large package.

Time in Active Service: 1959-2004

[WIP]The HVM-48 "Emperor" is a second generation main battle tank that saw frequent use by the Slagenseterian military and the Orodekt Home Guard in the days of yesteryear. Although fazed out, it is still a formidable tank, often seeing use by Orodekt Home Guard before a major rearmament campaign had them all replaced by the newer HVM-60s by the year 2004.

VLR-10 "Valor" Sector Enforcement Vehicle

Time in Active Service: 2018-Present Day

The VLR-10 "Valor" Sector Enforcement Vehicle, while not necessarily a military vehicle, It's use by SNLE and SIAB tends to be quite aggressive and if put in a military role, it could quite easily fit in. The VLR-10 is one of the many symbols of the extremely prevalent Slagenseterian law enforcement. Often deployed to all of the country's crime based issues, it's armor and speed allows it to useful in almost any situation. One could easily see one of these vehicles up close just by walking through most streets in New Haelger.

VCL-1 "Duke" Tank

Time in Active Service: 1901-1907

Almost a century after the Cabovits Battle Wagon had long since faded out of use. A old document detailing an armored vehicle was found in the ruins of the city of Gasult. Slagenseterian engineers, inspired by the find, decided to make their own more contemporary reimagining of the vehicle. The addition of caterpillar tracks, heavier armor, and two 6 pounder guns made the AFV quite the formidable threat. However, when tested by the strain of a actual battle, it was realized the vehicle had a hard time crossing trenches and often broke down in harsher terrain then that of which it was originally tested within.

VGC-2 "Archduke" Tank

Time in Active Service: 1908-1915

After the VCL-1 "Duke" Tank was decommissioned in 1907, rather then giving up on a breakthrough vehicle as planned, they decided to try and improve upon the flaws of the duke. And improve they did. When in combat, the Duke was often attacked from behind, an obvious weakness in the design. In the Archduke, the solution was to add a rotatable turret and make it taller, making it harder to mount and toss a grenade inside. Beyond that, thicker and wider tracks made it better in harsher terrain, and the addition of a powerful cannon on the front made it more effective. The Archduke was also longer than it's predecessor, making it easier to cross trenches. Slightly thicker armor also made it effectively immune to most early 1910's armor piercing methods that had not involved explosives.

HNY-54 "Archer" LRH

Time in Active Service: 2028-Present Day

The HNY-54 "Archer" Light Reconnaissance Hovercraft is lightweight unarmed vehicle made for scouting out in terrains too harsh for any of the more conventional designs. Marsh, swamp, dense forest, and tundra are all traversable thanks not only to it's hovering status, but also to the onboard ADC system (Assisted Driving Computer) which prevents the driver from crashing into small to midsized obstacles.

IO-1 "Locust" IFD

Time in Active Service: 20XX-Present Day?

The IO-1 "Locust" is a Infantry Fighting Drone that was developed fairly recently as a way to curb any amount of casualties taken by the Slagenseterian Military and maximize the enemy's. The IO-1 being a drone, it can be controlled from a safe distance away from combat. The IO-1 was designed with an anti-infantry purpose in mind, and although it can generally match up against light vehicles such as a technical, heavier vehicle such tanks and APCs are not advised targets. It is usually armed with a 70. caliber machine gun and a grenade launcher, due those two being anti-infantry focused weaponry.
Eventually, an up armored and more stable version was created, it was designated as the IO-1D1 as the internals itself weren't changed up that much other than improved pistons.

HIA-57 "Chief" Infantry Utility Mech

Time in Active Service: 2027-Present Day

The HIA-57 is a Mech that is quite a bit more common and slightly more maneuverable than it's larger cousin, the HRUM-100. Decently armored, and surprisingly simple for a mech, the HIA-57 is also far cheaper to produce than the Vigilant. One is often seen in an infantry support role within the Slagenseterian military. Two variants have been produced, the combat version which lacks the third support leg, and the utility variant which is unarmed.

HRUM-100 "Vigilant" Heavy Assault Mech

Time in Active Service: 2030-Present Day

One of the only mechs serving in the Slagenseterian military, it is quite the uncommon sight in Slagenseterian warfare. The reason for it's rarity is the lack of modern strategies that would need to incorporate such a vehicle. It's large profile tending to stick out, it is quite an easy target for tanks and other anti-armor methods, another reason for it's lack of uses. It's ridiculous amount of fuel consumption, coupled with the added complexity of the legs make it generally harder to maintain in harsher terrain.

Cabovits Battle Wagon

Time in Active? Service: Late 1780s-1804?

The Cabovits Battle Wagon is often considered to be the first Slagenseterian armored fighting vehicle to be created. Thought up by the cavalry commander known as Barnis Cabovits during the late 1700s. Cabovits, judging by what he said in his journal, was seemingly inspired by a battle with an unknown army. The enemy force utilized wagons to create a mobile fort, often mounting light cannons upon them and armoring them with wooden paneling. Although the wagons were obliterated by heavy cannonading, Cabovits couldn't help but to think he could improve upon this by making it more imposing and adding heavier cannons. Cabovits enlisted the help of several engineers to aid him in realizing this idea.

After five years of testing, it was eventually completed and presented to a local duke who sponsored the creation of twenty-nine more examples. It was only utilized for fairly short time frame before all mention of the vehicle halted. As of 203X, only one remains as the rest were either destroyed, scrapped, or are currently of unknown condition.

We don't force you to do anything. You do your own thing, but everyone who endorses the delegate adds one vote to the Delegate's vote. So if Marrabuk had 10 endorsements, his vote would be worth 10, even though those endorsers don't have to vote the way he does themselves.
