After hearing news and rumors spread through San Sierran social media, Canciller Julian Andino walked towards the door of the presidential office, kicking it a bit violently to open it fast. It does open, which makes el presidente flinch.

"C*ño, what was that kind of greeting?" Said Presidente Raúl Vera, why would the Chancellor disrespectfully kick a door just to open it? Only the one who kicked knows.

"Presidente." Says Canciller Julian. "We have heard news that you declared war on the now small Charitian empire without telling the legislative and the Parlamento de la República, did you really do it?" Julian wants to know, so he waits for Vera to confirm it.

Vera sits up straight on his chair. "Yes, I did, and I'm the presidente." He confirms it. "The Charitian Empire, despite being small, is still a threat to Valsora, and they will eventually come to conquer everything on it's path once again." He says.

"This is unconstitutional! The San Sierran legislative was supposed to write a declaration of war, not the exec-" Canciller Julian is stopped by Vera.

"You're a politician, el canciller de toda la nación, and you don't know that the executive and presidente CAN constitutionally declare war? You should have studied before you have been elected." Says Vera, shaking his head. "You're a real idiot, the presidente can execute the declaration as Comandante del Jefe, if you say that again, I'm taking you to re-education, your stupidity is the reason the Iron Fist government in the past has failed to govern San Sierra." Vera finishes on judging Julian. "Now, I pardon you, tell your men and army to arm themselves and mobilize forces, I want to finish the Charitian Empire."

Canciller Julian, judged, takes the insult "your stupidity is the reason the Iron Fist government in the past has failed to govern" very well and nods. He walks out of the office, making his way to the Ejercito de la República HQ.

A force of another 80,000 manpower in total have been sent to the other side of Kianhua through transportation of both naval and aircraft. Those manpower are mostly ground forces of mechanized infantry, armored, self-propelled artillery and Special Forces. Some of the manpower consisted of air force manpower as well, such as pilots of fighters and bombers, co-pilots and crews of bombers. All those manpower were from the Orientalis Corps, with now 90,000 of them left guarding the south borders of Kianhua and Kianistan.

General Marcos Mancebo was in charge of those 80,000 men. The moment they arrive to the northern and large exclave of Kianhua, they start preparing defenses such as towed artillery, SAM batteries and even very few numbers of tactical ballistic missiles. Mechanized infantry and armored vehicles such as Main Battle Tanks slowly gather on the borders while Self-propelled artillery start to mark coordinates for them to target.

M61 Multi-role jet fighters and K-62 Jet Strategic Bombers are being fueled up and readied by pilots.

This does mean war is coming.
