Le Laugh!

Die I shall not,
For glory I have fought.

Honor is what the darkspawn taught.
I feel nothing but patriotism for the East Pacific.

Some might even say I'm Nationalistic,

But in raiding I'm like a mystic,
I'm going from here to there.

Flight of a hawk and power of a bear,

Another target hit by the EPSA dart,
You see you can have a part.

Join the raiding,
When it comes to us there's no evading.

Your bars are wack,

Your work is tackier

You're making raiders
Sound like obsessive sad sacks

It's time to put down

Raiding is immoral,
It makes the stomach sicken,

My eyes squint Eastwood style,
My pulse begins to quicken,

But I'm happy that of em all,

And all you'll get are lickins

Alright, let me say things for the record because things are about to get real messy.
- Let's establish short names for the nations. URS is the United Republic, CSS is the Confederate States, and PRS is the People's Republic.
- Both the CSS and PRS attacked first.
- There is a possibility that the CSS and the PRS are secretly allied to defeat the URS quicker.
- The PRS fired on the Green Cross envoy purely on accident because of faulty equipment.
- In the URS, there is a subtle but brewing tension between older officials of government and younger officials of government.

- Admiral Hanako Kimura, age 32, Chief of the Navy. Known to be the second female Chief Admiral of the Navy. Practiced sea navigation with her father who was a fisherman, decided to join the navy and entered Officer Academy. Has encountered some naval skirmishes during her service.
- Lt. Col. Fujioka Shinobu, age 25, Chief of the Marines. One of the best marine officers in active peacetime combat. Dealt with many anti-terrorism and foreign operations, most notably in Kianhua.

The Battle of Hashigahara, South Shihiro:Part 1

All is peaceful in the coastal town of Hashigahara. Well, except for the heightened military activity near a defense complex on the outskirts of the town. But, things seemed to be normal. The students are going back home or to the places where they hang out, the farmers are working the land, the cars and trains pass by as normal.

There was a young couple sitting on the beachside, probably taking a rest. As they stand up, the guy noticed something strange coming up on the horizon. It looked like two ships. Then it became four. Then sixteen. Then to their horror, as his girlfriend grabbed her binoculars and took a closer look at the ships, there were about 65 ships, all bearing the flag of the PRS. And they're coming straight for the town. The couple ran back to the town. As they were about to leave the hillside, the defense complex already began to evacuate the town and took positions along the beach. The ships responded by, well, shooting a shell at the line of soldiers at the beach. Unfortunately, it missed and damaged some farmlands and residential buildings. Things were going to get messy.

As the rain began to pour and the ships got closer, defenses mercilessly fired on every landing craft that attempted land on the beach. The nearby towns and cities have been warned and their garrisons have been deployed to defend the beaches. But even with high casualties, the enemy continued sending wave after wave. It soon came that the third wave of up to 3,000 soldiers landed on the beach of Hashigahara and began engaging with the few hundred soldiers behind the dunes. Machine gunfire and artillery couldn't stop the enemy soldiers from coming. The 3,000 became 5,000 as more of them were approaching the line. The situation looked dire as they inched closer. The Lieutenant of the platoon, not losing any confidence, had an idea. He moved the soldiers back behind the farmlands, with the artillery on the hillsides, and waited for the enemy to cross the farmlands.

Battle of Hashigahara:Part 2

As the enemy soldiers began to walk onto the farmlands, the rain pours down harder and harder, turning the farmland into a mudflat. This slows down the enemy and the defending soldiers fire on the enemy, hoping to demoralize them.

But why is the enemy throwing themselves at gunfire?

The thousands of soldiers with their tanks and light assault vehicles continue to advance through the 500m stretch of muddy farmlands. The Lieutenant of the defending platoon tries to contact the other cities' garrisons for support. However, they tell them they can handle them. Their 2 neighboring towns send troops and tanks to help. Reinforcements stay by the hillsides. The battle rages on as machineguns and artillery fire continued to batter both sides. Though taking heavy casualties, the enemy soldiers continue to advance. The Defense Complex sends out air and naval support, but it's not enough. There are now an additional 3,000 enemy soldiers on the beaches, with many more on their way. It seems this was their plan all along. Capture a small town and move on from there.

2 hours of fighting have passed and the defending platoon had to fall back to the hillsides after losing nearly 40% of their men. The Lieutenant meets with the other reinforcement platoons to reorganize. Time is against as the enemy soldiers continue to pursue them in the forest. The soldiers, men and women, tired, wounded, and low on ammo, are terribly demoralized. One of the sergeant ask if they should hold a siege, but their Lieutenant replied with "If they get past us, South Shihiro is f*cked. The city barracks aren't helping us so we're the only hope of stopping these guys from establishing a solid beachhead."

Another one of his sergeants, a woman, asked "So, what's your plan sir? Our soldiers barely have bullets, some have none."

The Lieutenant replied "Bayonets. The only way for the enemy to catch us is through climbing the hillside. We've pulled back like pulling back a fist for a punch. Let's deliver that punch."

The sergeants looked at each other before affirming the command.

"Tell the tanks and armored vehicles to go down the roads since that'll be the easiest way to get up the hills. Run over people if they have to. Tell the artillery to keep firing on the mudflats until there is no enemy to be seen," commanded the Lieutenant.

The sky was dark, the rain was pouring. Thunder and lightning filled the clouds. And with the sounds of thunder, a few hundred enemy soldiers begin to go up the hill from the mudflats while the rest secure the town. The defending soldiers readied themselves, knowing this could be their last days as a soldier. The Lieutenant looks at the approaching enemy raises his rifle, and just as lightning struck, he shouted with all his might,

"CHARGE!!!"

At that instant, the enemy soldiers panicked at the terrifying sight as men and women with weapons of steel and hearts of iron ran down the hill shouting a loud "Banzai!". A chaotic yet terrifying sight as the enemy soldiers fell back. The roads were much grim as the last thing some enemy soldiers saw was the front of a tank or the underside of a light assault vehicle.

The defending soldiers, after driving their bayonets into the bodies of some unfortunate souls, are now back at the mudflats where hand to hand combat ensued. The artillery decimated most of the enemy soldiers while the hand to hand combat was chaotic and difficult due to the mud. It was a hellish scene as the screams and shouts of war are drowned by artillery fire.

Arrival

The Soldiers and Tanks, after Grouping to their Divisions, was Sent out, and after Hearing of the Battle of Hashigahara, Command sent the 47th out to Support them, but Nefore making the 47th, codename Lucky 7, out to help in the Battle of Hashigahara, but they were still Not Ordered to move but to Prepare to, because if the Shinnokawans had it Under Control, the 47th would be notified to return on Patrol rather than to join in, But if the Shinnokawans did not have It under Control, the 47th would Come in, and Because of this General Jiorn, the Commanding Officer of the Karatol-Advenran Forces in Shinnokawa, sent a Letter to Shinnokawan Command if they needed any Help with the Battle of Hashigahara.

But Meanwhile, the other Divisions, the 49th, 52nd and 71st, were Sent to Diffrent Places throughout the Island, and was their "Outposts" Many of The Soldiers, didnt Like this, because they were just There, guarding the Place and staying there, While the 47th would get to see Combat, though some Soldiers were Thankful they were not Going to Combat, they were Mocked by their fellow Colleagues.

Any person who travelled by air or has been in an airport for the past 5-7 days is ordered to go into self-quarantine. Airplanes, ships, and cars from Xi-Chang are either sent back or had their passengers placed in quarantine. Border patrol around Xi-Chang intensified, testing kits are being mass-produced by order of the National Assembly and the President, and companies are asked to create alternating schedules for employees to mitigate the spread of the virus. Schools are also put on indefinite suspension. All unused budgets are redirected to the Health Ministry. Then, some lawmakers and epidemiologists raise the question of Kianistan. The Department of Foreign Affairs asks the Xi-chang government for the travel history to and from areas in Kianistan.
