Purpose, terms of the Imperial System.

The Charitian imperial system, designated HELLSCAPE, designed to ensure the dominance of it's men and continued global, will enforce a 0.5% draft and 3% tax upon all members of the union. This ensures that a sizeable, and well equipped force be present to protect the participants.

Hellscape will hold regular training excersizes (war games/sims) and provide resources to the rest of the empire. The empire will also work politically and use the resources at its disposal to advance the interests of every nation in the Union. This will be combined with a mutual defence pact for the union, and also a pooled imperial treasury.

The Imperial system is headed by The sanada clan who has absolute control, The Angel of Charity currently manages the imperial affairs. This ensures flexibility, rapid response times, and a well coordinated imperial system. Currently, the empire is headquartered in the Imperial Palace megacomplex, in Mercy.
