I like it. True to the original style while changing something in a very flag-like manner. As a proud owner/creator of over 25 flags for this nation alone, and probably over 25 more for other nations, I approve.

I've never bothered with changing my flag. The one I originally made is still up on 
Wirinath and the one I have now was made by Zuk. Don't even bother with Wiranath puppets, I just slap my flag on 'em.
The beauty of being free to write it as you want it really comes into play here. You can either post a small blurb of one-two sentences or you could write half a spoilered page. You can choose to report it as an independent news organisation criticising the government for spending money on something that wasn't needed or pose as a governmental body releasing an official dispatch. The possibilities are truly endless. Here's an example of how I chose to do it, which doesn't mean that you should adhere to the same concept as me.
