Presidential Aide: So if I am correct, President Manzanedo, the capitol is next on our itinerary? If so, then the Federal Development Administration Minister stresses that we discuss the matter while we are in the car to keep up to speed, Mr. President.
President Watanabe: President Manzanedo, the Commerce division of the FDA along with the Department of Economics, the Department of Finance, and the Central Bank of Shinnokawa have been doing research on the upcoming financial crisis for 20 years. We believe thanks to prior knowledge from former economic collapses in history that this crisis can be averted through a process called deleveraging, which we'll go over in deeper detail later. Point is, the stock market is crashing in 10 years because of the debt that has accumulated for the past 80 years.
The TDD Minister Interjects
TDD Minister: Apologies, but don't forget that based on our projections, there will be a massive and drastic change in our climates 4 years before the economic crisis. This will cause be one of the factors to the crisis. Droughts, heat waves, earthquakes, hurricanes, you name it.
FDA Director: Basically, what we are trying to say is that the years ahead of us speak a big struggle. Our projections say that the crisis will happen in 10 years. But there is a good news. The next 6 years spell a great harvest. Our researchers say that nations with large farming industries will have a large harvest thanks to increased soil fertility, nations with large mining industries will benefit from increased deposits of precious metals, and oil exporting nations in the north are expected to have a surplus in oil for the next 50 years.

President Watanabe: So here is our proposition. In exchange for an alliance that will allow us to share our profits, we can collectively ready for the natural disasters and the economic crisis. Our research checks out, we'll show it to the capitol later. Point is, stockpile on resources, food, water and oil, allocate them, handle the relief from the natural disaster, and help each other with deleveraging of the economy. Oh, and we are to ensure to protect eachother from nations who want to invade and take our resources.
