Fortunately, there’s a mod for that! Functional Post Game Ending is what I use, on Nexus Mods. Bear in mind that modding fallout games is an incurable addiction that - in my case at least - usually results in ending up with hundreds of plugins when you tell yourself that this playthrough will be vanilla…

I’d recommend completing the game at least once before you get into all that though
