I want to say that I don't know if the F, B, A, and S words are allowed on the forum RMBS. Factbooks don't let you use them if I recall correctly, but I think the forums do, as I've seen the F word many times when reading GA and SC proposal debates, and the mods don't take action against it.
Saying the F word is banned, but saying "F word" is allowed. "What the ----" is okay because it doesn't show any trace of the word at all. Replacing u with v or c isn't allowed, but frick and freak is. Words like damn and hell are allowed if I recall correctly.
As I wrote this, I realized how vague this rule is, and I think we're going to have to discuss a rule rework later on.

The Creedian Regional Message Board Ruleset:
Do not personally attack, insult, or be rude to people. Joking about people or humorously and light-heartedly mocking people is perfectly fine. However, making fun of them to intentionally annoy or dishearten them is forbidden. If they feel uncomfortable by these jokes or comments, then stop.
Do not be bigoted. Do not insult people for their religion, race, ethnicity, gender, sexuality, or political background.
While mild swears like hell and damn are allowed, we advise avoiding the F word and such to maintain a friendly and respectful atmosphere.
Even if you are a minority or in a group where it is socially acceptable, we do not allow the use of slurs in any shape or form.
Do not inspire witch hunts against people. If there are allegations against a person, then it is the job of the regional government, NationStates staff, or local authorities to handle it. It is okay to report them to any of these groups if you have evidence or they openly break a rule; tell us, and we'll handle it. If the community is needed, we'll ask for your help.
If you're the subject of investigation for breaking a rule, do not attempt to remove, alter, or delete evidence and lie to staff. Trust me, we will find out if you do, and the punishment will be much worse than it otherwise would be.
Do not purposefully spread misinformation on the internet to genuinely change minds or promote an agenda. While memes and jokes about fake historical events or alternate history stuff are allowed, don't lie with harmful intent.
The Creedian Electoral Guidelines:
Don't use alternate accounts. This is election fraud and will be treated as such. If you are caught using alts, you will be disqualified and prohibited from ever running in an election again.
Do not ask foreign nations to endorse you. Not only is this pointless since they'll most likely be unable to do so, it is also foreign meddling. You will get one warning if you do this, and be disqualified if you do it again.
You be in the region longer than a month to be a candidate in the election.
The Creedian Endorsement Recommendations:
You can endorse anyone in The Creeds, but it is highly recommended to endorse Valvia first. After that, do what you want that's legal when it comes to the WA.
