Just made new flags for two of my nations as well (including this one). Felt I had to in the case of 
Redfell especially, seeing as the last ruler got sacked following a dissolving of the government.
The lore is that I had a dictator take power for a little while and turn the nation into a Christian theocracy. The openly sinful people of this nation didn't like that, especially when death penalties started getting applied on homosexuals, so down goes the government, and easily so seeing as no military was ever established in Redfell's history and only 1% of the national budget went into law enforcement.
The story of my glorious leader is just someone I used as an imaginary friend back in the dark ages (the 90s lol) before I joined the Internet. He replaced a random name I made up originally for the sake of my Nation having someone do the job.
