Anyway, update on recruitment program. Apparently lots of people are interested in the region, I've been involved in a number of telegrams lately which is surprising me but the only path is onwards and upwards for this region!

I'd also like to ask, if everyone is okay with "anyone" having a veto over a proposal should they not like it (at least until there's a consensus to restrict vetos).

I'll assume for the moment, that you mean leaving the veto to the Founder/Delegate :) . Not necessarily happy with that myself but I can live with it for now. I'll bring it up again when we have more members.
