I have an idea for our region... What about writing a constitution? It will regulate our function, our embassy policies etc.
It's just an idea, maybe bad...

Recall in the Book of Matthew that King Herod bade the Wisemen, "Where is He who has been born King of the Jews?" When the Wisemen told him that the baby was in Jerusalem he told them, "Go and search diligently for the young child and when you have found him bring back word to me". I, Kellsmark IV, knew that I also should travel to see the baby in order to seek forgiveness, and to protect the baby in case Herod had any bad ideas. I travelled 7 days and 7 nights and finally found the baby in a manger. Lo, he was beautiful, and as I gazed upon his cherubic face I knew in my heart that my sin's were forgiven, and I could journey forth in peace.

This may have fallen under Israel judea's jurisdiction, but we will let it slide considering the nature of the post.
