Hey guys, you do realize with the amount of nuking that occurs in our world, the world in which we live in is impervious to begin destroyed by nukes, meaning no nuclear winter or complete destruction of the planet can occur from nukes!

Other Rules Part
All military projects that are specialized to a nation and were developed over a 2 week or more period by a nation are hereby destroyed
Nations who lose a project they spent over 2 weeks on in the shift will receive compensation given by the RARC. They must file a complaint to the RARC with evidence of their project who will then grant them the viable replacement.
The maximums of science will be updated every 2 months by the RARC
Amending Article II of the Regional Peace Act, Section C, so that projects now must be submitted to an RARC member who must show it to the committee. If no committee member beleives it violates the rules of science or views it as a global threat, the RARC member must declare it approved to the nation. If the RARC determines it needs to be made public, they may decide to do so. If the committee members do object, it enters discussion for maximum of 1 day in which the RARC must vote on approving, denying, or changing it.
If an RARC member is involved in the war or is submitting the project, they must submit it to an un-involved member and the remainder of the committee must decide.
The RARC may take complaints from the public if they believe a nation is violating their ranking. Also, if a nation changes tier in the middle of a war, they will not be allowed to begin producing their new limit till the end of the war.
You must submit a logical construction time to the RARC along with budget. They are allowed to change the construction time.
Projects should take maximum 3 months. If something should take longer, it will just be determined to not be in mass quantity
You do not start with the max in your category. That is the point of projects, you can build up to the max. But also you can be creative with what your given.

As a "conservative" in the current regional environment, I may be criticized of hating progress. However when the going got tough, and the liberal Regonian Party took power, what happened? Nothing. When the going got tough it took a leader to make tough decisions and work with all people to get the Region going again. I am a proven founding father of this Region who has governed us through the toughest times and always given my all to the Region. Not saying others have not done the same, but I am one of the most experienced in the Region.
But I know I must address one blemish on my record, the one involving Soup de Tat. Yes, I fully admit I have used Soup De Tat on a few occasions, none of which would have changed the final result however. But I have removed myself from previous public office for the crime. I also have fully redacted my ability to access Soup de Tat, as I have not accessed them since early January. I also promise not to add them to the legal voters list due to possible influence, given my close contact daily with its owner. Onto my own policy:
Work with the Speaker to create a legal mechanism to add somebody to the legal voters list if the Commissioner removes them.
Beginning Campaigns to encourage people to vote during elections.
Creating an Official Application for the Legal Voters List for Nations in the Region.
Posting my full reasoning for every change to the Legal Voters List I make.
Creating a more streamline process for campaigning, and fighting for candidate rights. Also organize more candidate events like debates.

Speaker Election
It may seem far away, but it will be here before you know it! Anyone who wants to run for the position can start declaring right now. You may then declare your party (Regionian (Liberal), Conservative, Independent, etc.) and then start your campaign! The election is on Thursday, May 21st.
Pius II declares that they will run for re-election in May as an Independent.

The Voting Period will commence at 8:00 AM EST on the 28th of May, which is a Thursday, and will conclude on the same day at 8:00 PM EST.
ELIGIBLE VOTERS
In order to cast a valid ballot, you must be a Legal Voter with Medium Influence as of 7:59 AM EST on May 28th, 2020. Remember that a nation's first vote is their final vote and they may not change it.

JOB OF THE SPEAKER
The role of the Speaker is to present declarations, laws, deals, and Amendments to both the aforementioned items and this document to the region for the betterment of the region, and they shall be voted on by the true nations of this region. The Speaker shall write bills and put them in polls.
