Intelligence Community Rehabilitation Bill
The Parliament of Ravana Assembled, Under Blessing of The Sovereign and Pontifex Maximus, Under Oath of Democracy and Fealty, Do Hereby Enact the Following❈ 1.1 We hereby establish the regulations and accountabilities of the Ravanian intelligence agency, known as the Inter-regional Royal Intelligence Service (I.R.I.S.)
❈ 1.2 The Inter-regional Royal Intelligence Service shall fall under special joint oversight between the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the Sovereign of Ravana.
Section II
❈ 2.1 IRIS shall have authority over domestic intelligence, foreign intelligence, signal intelligence and military intelligence.
❈ 2.2 IRIS shall have permission to conduct human intelligence, counter-intelligence, intelligence assessment, crime intelligence, counter-extremism, public disorder intelligence, signal intelligence, and counter-terrorism intelligence.
❈ 2.3 Domestic intelligence operations will fall under direct jurisdiction of the Sovereign.
❈ 2.4 Foreign intelligence agencies will fall under direct of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
❈ 2.5 Military intelligence will be coordinated between the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and His Majesty's Armed Forces.
Section III
❈ 3.1 The Ministry of Foreign Affairs shall be tasked with managing internal matters including promotion, operations management, recruitment, dismissals, and internal organization. The Sovereign shall participate in determining operation objectives, approving operations, and shall be consulted before all operations are conducted.
