I managed to have it mention police in every policy decision--now that's a police state!

The police have been known to wiretap confessional boxes, the police force is rumoured to be made up of evil shadows with no souls, fancy dress parties are raided by military police for new recruits, and it is illegal to have the wrong clock time showing on your microwave oven. Crime, especially youth-related, is totally unknown, thanks to the all-pervasive police force and progressive social policies in education and welfare. Airstrip-Six's national animal is the Owl, which teeters on the brink of extinction due to toxic air pollution, and its national religion is Ingsoc.
