The GNS Ruhm sat in its dock, the crews enjoying the island. With the recent taking of yet another island, and the improved relations with America, spirits were high. Everyone was drinking, enjoying life. The GNS Falke was also on the other side of the island, enjoying the peaceful tropical atmosphere. Around the island though, the GNS Wal and GNS Tänzer patrolled the waters deep below the surface. As their sonars pinged every few seconds, one of the captains noticed something. A fleet moving towards the island with British designation. He was hesitant to call it in when he noticed that the fleet had suddenly divert course and were now entering an orbit around the island.

"Achtung, Besatzung, britische Schiffe entdeckt, Kurs zwei, drei, fünf, Geschwindigkeit fünfzig Seeknoten. Betreten Sie Kampfstationen." He said as an alarm rang out and the lights turned red. The submarine dove deeper and loaded the torpedo tubs, turning to face the orbiting British ships. As of now, this was a stand off, but if it stayed like that, it would remain to be seen.

after months of Madrid being sieged by the empire of Iberia the republican government was forced to evacuate the city of Madrid of all its troops as to ensure that Madrid was not crippled beyond repair. This allowed the empire of Iberia to capture the city and force the republican government to move their capital to Barcelona while the empire of Iberia moved their capital to Madrid.

Soon after the fall of Madrid the Catholic state was able to encircle the republican forces in the strip that connects Portugal and force them to surrender, this officially cut off Portugal from the rest of Iberia.

Creation of a true Catholic state

With the fall of Madrid and the encirclement of portugal the empire of Iberia and the Catholic state of Iberia decided to unite against the republican government as well as because the emperor of the empire of Iberia was to be a Catholic monarch. This unity created the Catholic empire of Iberia with it’s capital in Madrid and considers itself the legitimate Iberian state
