CNN:

..."today is a moment of truth... the truth is the path has narrowed to a close, for our candidacy, if not for our cause."
"So we must recognize that at this point in the race the best way to keep faith with those goals and ideals is to step aside and help bring our party and our country together,"...

"We have a responsibility to concede the effect of remaining in this race any further. Our goal has always been to help unify Americans to defeat Donald Trump and to win the era for our values."

i voted yesterday in the dem primary of SC.

i considered Steyer, but couldn't get enough info on where he stood on issues; so i chose Sanders, again.

i don't like Biden. i'm old enough to remember when he ran in '76, along with Carter, Wallace, and others in the dem primaries; and Reagan against Ford in the republican. my brother and i were pro-Reagan, even tho' i wouldn't be old enough to vote for him till '84. i registered as a republican in '81, and remained one till GWB was renominated more than 20 years later. i began to dislike GWB when he invaded Iraq, and really despised him during his second term.

my wife and my best friend voted for Trump. i think he's a sociopath, and one of the stupidest men to ever inhabit the white house (and that's comparing him with Pierce, Buchanan, and a few others).

while i know many people voted for Trump because they hate Hillary, this may be the first time i vote in the general election for someone whom i don't like, just because he's the lesser evil.

(for the record, i think Pence is also evil.)

First those globe heads at the WA want me to recycle, now they are telling me my uranium mines are hazardous to oceans, what’s next? A ban on money? These people don’t understand that nations depend on industries like uranium mining, and I’m afraid that if this trend continues, I will be forced to leave the WA.

Environment and care for citizens should be at the top of any nation's agenda, with economy following afterwards.

Completely possible. Happens all the time with barely active nations who don't answer issues. Everyone around them changes, thus moving their ranking around.

That was a glitch. From what I've seen, many nations got the same notification with absolutely no change to their civil rights or their badges.

One of the many reasons I love this game.

Why is their so many people voting for these liberations? Honest curiosity: Do you generally vote for liberations or is there something special about this proposal that should make me reconsider?

LIBERATION PROPOSALS:
The bottom line is that when Defenders lose in the field of battle they result to cowardice and change the rules of play. I have kept my Region Raider free for 15+ years by keen vigilance to the Game Play throughout the JenGuv World. This has included Puppets and Spies and infiltration of Regions. Such is the way of the Rules which I accepted when I created my Nation on October 28, 2003. If a Region cannot defend itself, too bad! The leadership should have been responsible. These SC Resolutions tilt the balance to Elitist who determine what is a Raid and what is Liberation by manipulating the Rules. It is like playing with a brat who takes away the toys when the outcome goes against his bias. The only security I have in my Region aside from Endorsements is the RIGHT as Delegate to Password my Region against any threat. If this RIGHT is at the whim of the SC then have the game makers remove all password abilities across the board thereby removing this continued farce of hypocrisy.

As such, Mikeswill voted against the World Assembly Resolution "Liberate The East Pacific".

LIBERATION AT A VOTE ~ Two Perspectives to Contemplate

1) The current Liberation was written by the WA Delegate who claims to be the tyrant. Could it possibly a means to gain a Badge and increase his Card value?

2) There is some chatter about an Invasion of our Region to end my streak. It is known that I will EJECT Pro-Liberation Nations. Maybe this is a guise to force me to EJECT Nations and diminish my Influence prior to a Raid?

Hmmmmmmmmmmm

I think the region definitely wants to wear the liberated tag as a badge of honor, cause there's no real reason to "liberate" that region
