My first statement is now out. For those who don't have the Forum ut are in the jury.

Honorable jury, I would like to start of with saying that we all have worked tirelesly on this region. United nations organisation is one of the people who worked the most. He was here from the beginning working for the citizenship and elections. He might have made a few mistakes but he fixed those. Like when he made the merge with Southern africa. He did what he thought was best and when people disagreed he made a vote and then decided not to do it which funny enough, aginana never mentions in his dispatch where he writes about the merge attempt. The president was gone and the home minister was left to attend the business without recognision for being the replacement but did his best. What if you were the personin this case? I know a lot of you in the jury has made mistakes but no one made a trial for it. But just because someone did to UNO he is guilty for it? He made a few mistakes, is this the soviet union? When someone makes a mistake we have the possibility to vote them out, not take them to court. What if every country in real life instead of people voting out polticiansthey did not like they took them to trail, that would be a lot of trials.

Aginana says UNO discriminated and slandered YOU nation guy. For what? calling him a joker and such. We have all said much more terriable stuff. Also at the time of these alleged crimes the constitution at that time (which is the one we are using as we can not use a constitution he did not know he had to follow because it did not exist) there was no part of it saying calling puppets filling the region bad is illegal. Actully in many large region such as TSP and TNP and Balder puppets like that would have been banned and they defianetly would not have gone to trial because of it. UNO had the right to say his mind according to that times constitution and no law said he could not criticise YOU-nations because that is politics. What kind of region does Inner againan whant where you can't even criticise political ideas.

When it comes to the vote on YOU nations it is clear Avogadro constant is a puppet of Inner aginanausordia who irnoicly is the one calling UNO removing a puppet from voting illegal. UNO did his duty, he should be thanked. Puppet voting is highly illegal and can actully be proven unlike aginanas motion. Aginana is the criminal not UNO. Many nations from the opposition side was showing signs of puppet being, they only showed up when they needed to, like in voteings and such. UNO investigated and found out it was as he thought.

The abuse of power lacks evidence and only really mentions the merge with southern afica which I have mentioned before.

Again the slander part he was not doing something illegal. He was allowed to call someone communist and then that person was allowed to deffend themselves and then call UNO what they wanted and he could deffend himself. Thats called a debate. Taking someone to trial for calling a person a joker. That is just ridicoulus.

Aginana says UNO repressed freedom, I cant see what he is talking about. Here we are having a trial against UNO and it was very easy, aginana just made a RMB message and UNO never suppresed it. Yes aginana, he opressed you so much that you could take him to trial for it. Because in countries were people are opressed like north korea, you just take Kim jong un to trial simple as that. We obviusly are not opressed by anyone other than Aginana who is taking people to court if hey dare say what they think.

The Ion union is a puppet. I know because Barensa told me he is the one handling it. There, we all know it know so now Agianana knows why he was banned. Another puppet trying to vote. So it was lucky UNO banned him, I even suggested it because I figured it out first. ONly minutes after he entered I understood it was a puppet trying to disguise as a nation by saying hi and pretending to be new to the game.

Sorakos, Mai Gava, and Bepis Tent. These nations are obviusly puppets. They have not moved or done anything since they were banned like they are puppets waiting for a perso to tell them what to do. They were puppets that had joined the election system. So aginana please stop pretendig you dont know. TGRP got like 15 members in like a couple of day but barely anyone voted for them. Maybe the puppet leader felt guilt and at least had the honor to not vote in the election.

This is just a way to try to attack the goverment. A bad attempt from the opposition.

Just because someone could line up a few reasons does not mean they are real or make sense. Actully look at the evidence and see what UNO did might not have been perfect. But at least he did his best and at least it was not illegal, and at least it was not illegal. Can anyone blame him? Can anyone say they would have done something different? That is my opening statement.

Inner aginanas was ok but all he did was say that he was accusing UNO which he had already done and that is why we were having a trial and your so called summery was a 1162 words long and it was you trying to say that all his accusations were wrong and then you explained why.
