Protora has been a very mysterious place ever since it's creation.
It has seemingly been in a constant state of War as hundreds of thousands die every so often.
The country has the name "Shadow state" because the cities in the shadow State cannot be seen and nobody's allowed to go into it.
The city's lights are constantly off by the time the sun sets.
Curfew always starts at approximately 6:00 p.m. in the shadow state.
However do to the ferocity of the battles going on across the country some of the fires and explosions can be seen from space.
